It is an absolute vibe being in there. The atmosphere is relaxing. The mural is beautiful inside and I love the use of the Navajo language on the signs! The service was good and the cake pop was even better! Definitely a nice place to be.
I am a Starbucks lover I waited two days thinking if I should write this review because it’s not a good one however if I don’t do it people would experience what I did I wished I could’ve came on here and seen the reviews I will trust these reviews better. Oohhh god let’s start with the cashier she charged me almost $25 dollars for two iced coffees and a brownie. She gave me the rudest answer that I wish not to disclose, after that she rolled her eyes when I said “can you please check I believe you are charging me a bit extra” to not be rude then all the workers have a little earpiece I really don’t know what’s the point of mimicking and making fun of customers orders in that establishment that’s exactly what I witnessed being there, the guys fairly tall skinny extremely rude he made fun of me when I asked if they can put the “white foam” on top of the drink extremely extremely unnecessary even a lady next to me knotted her head she said “ I paid and I’m already here but that guy has issues” the guy that was making the drinks I asked him what was the drink he was making he didn’t answer he told me I could look it up the menu after I saw him making my drink in the picture I posted it looks a whatever drink however when I sipped into it it was literally water with ice noooo coffee I paid for extra pump of soft top he did not even put it to begin with my friend threw her drink away the brownie was smushed like they did it in purpose. Ooohhh gawd I have a sense of the managers way of running the store with that type of people we should all send notification to the corp. I have been a member since 2007 I have proof to that I have countless of merchandise from them since 2007 my worst experience at a Starbucks.
The service here has improved and I like how quickly my drink was made. My drink has been made great each time now with no problems. I wish I could have seen inside earlier because that mural is beautiful.
Ordered a few drinks and they gave me a venti cappuccino with literally all foam. When I complained, the girl up front had A LOT of attitude and explained "that's just how we do it here." I've been a barista and never gave that much foam - especially for a venti. Don't recommend this location, especially for travelers.
My wife and I traveled through the area and decided to stop at this Starbucks to get some drinks and change our baby's diaper. Neither of the bathrooms had changing tables, and the store was out of numerous products. If they cared about providing decent bathroom facilities and menu item availability as much as they care about hanging pride flags everywhere, this would be a good location.

Good service and well staffed Starbucks. Easy off I-40 with a big gas station nearby. Clean restrooms and plenty of space to sit and enjoy your drink.
Worst Starbucks Ever. I checked my card a few days after and they charged me outrageous fraudulent prices. See the pictures. They charged me $9.50 for a matcha, $12.75 for a breakfast sandwiches.\\nI hope Starbucks is going to see that and come back to me as soon as possible.

I come here about once a month over the past year and it seems they are always low on supplies. They will sell drinks, without certain ingredients. Asked for a certain drink that is off the basic list. Staff employee gave attitude and said \\\"We don't those types of milks (basic kind) and the pink flavoring.\\\" Okay... asked for another drink. \\\"We do not have that either.\\\" Staff was very rude. Not sure if understaffed or lazy. Ordered a small Iced Caramel Macchiato. Tasted like plain milk. I will be going to the Safeway Starbucks from now on.
