Crew (IMO) consists of kids that don’t really care about service. I really dont think they were rotating anything out bc tbh everything tasted old and stale. So I suggest checking the quality of what you ordered before leaving this location. We showed up at a decent hour not too busy. Maybe because they were getting ready close and they’re over worked is why they chose to cut corners but as for this location you’re better off going somewhere else altogether. I mean it’s Gallup. Can’t have nice things here but the bare minimum would be nice.
The wait was not too bad and the employees are very nice and helpful, the burger was great as well as the fries and drinks.
I asked for 2 chili burgers both without mustard and one without cheese and both burgers had both of what o asked not to add.. never fails!
Sonics is good fast food, tater tots, onion rings, burgers and good verity of all your favorites to enjoy.
I’m not sure if this is the worst Sonic or the other Gallup Sonic on 66 on the East side of town. Waited for about 8 minutes after pressing the Red Button, before someone greeted me from the speaker. I ordered a large Coke Zero w/ extra ice . She then asked” Wait are in a stall or the drive through?” A bit baffled that this store lacks the technology to determine where I was located, I said, “terrible name but I guess you might call this a stall”. She then raised her voice and said, we only have one car hop here so we’re only doin drive through”. I said, “Ok, so if you have one car hop, and I want one coke, I feel like this is something the car hop can handle. And if not, why are they still on the clock. Let alone still employed .
They messed up my drink order but I'm happy that it was acknowledged at the window when they repeated my order and fixed it with excellent customer service and to make it right they didn't charge me for the the one drink they messed up. The free drink wasn't necessary I didn't mind paying for it but I appreciate the way they treated me gracefully without attitude. Keep up the great work. ????
Messed up the whole order, nothing was right. The old lady in drive thru needs a reality check, or she has no business taking orders.

Ordered online through the app, paid through the app, pulled into a bay & let them know I had arrived! Within a minute, the drink I had customized arrived and I was on my way!
