The HWY 66 Pizza Hut in Gallup NM is a joke. While I repeatedly order on line and curbside pickup... the employees constantly are unable to find my order when I arrive at curbside pickup. The manager then BLAMES ME and tells me that I somehow have to click on curbside pickup... A SECOND TIME.I tell her that I checked the curbside box when I ordered. This manager can not explain her need for me to somehow check a box when I don't have a laptop, computer or phone with internet connection while i am in their curbside pickup area. After this has happened 4 times in a row.... I have decided to COMPLAIN and let others know that this Gallup location needs to be corrected.
Nice employees, food came out quick, overall cool warm place for pit stops.
We ordered our pizza with jalapenos, The jalapenos were put on the pizza after the pizza was cooked, was the most horrible tasting pizza ever. Won't order from there anymore
Pizza was burnt the pepperoni's never had a chance! The bread sticks were burnt and dry. We ordered a dinner box-carry out. My bad for not checking my order before I left. Disappointed in you pizza crew : April 2, 2022 afternoon shift. Better job next time!
Ensure that the orders are fully fulfilled and contain no missing ordered items. I am tired of getting ripped off.
I had to wait 40 minutes for my pizza. I called 20 minutes after I placed the order to let them know I was outside AND i had to go inside to get my own food when I chose curbside pickup.
It was fast and I used curb side delivery..
Everything was amazing just the fact that my marinara sauce for bread sticks were missing and also being told that pepper/parmasan packets are being sold for $1.07 each.
U could add napkins chili and cheese in my next order. ?
