Great service for our birthday party! Didn't overwhelm us with too many rules. They gave us the freedom to decorate as we wished. They considered our budget and let us order the dinner boxes. Very friendly manager and waiters. The food was prepared quickly and was perfect! The manager even asked if we wanted our ice cream cake frozen or easy to cut! That was awesome! I need to get the names of the employees that gave great service!
I use the app and so far, no problems with service or food. It's always hot and fresh when I pick up. The staff are pleasant too.
We ordered specialty pizzas and there was very little toppings. I was lucky to find more than one mushroom or bell pepper on my slice. I ordered super supreme and practically got meat lovers.
The pickup for the order was as smooth as butter, no hassle.

I keep giving chances to this place. Idk why I keep coming back with my family. Years back before covid, complaint 1, took an hour for our order, friendly service tho. Complaint 2 also before covid, waiter was rude but we're the type that understood she might've had a bad day so we stayed nice, short staffed, waited forever because I guess the waiter just left and quit and she didnt tell anyone. She just left lol. Then complaint 3, this was yesterday. 2 diesels took over the whole parking and I didn't wanna park near the dumpster where there were some spaces open (2 people were hanging by the dumpster, didnt wanna get mugged) but I gave it a chance, pulled by the doors , got off and the worker was nice but there were no traditional wings so had to leave.
