Ate there 2 nights as we passed through Gallup, NM. The service was outstanding. Rita was in charge of our table in the bar both times. She is probably one of the best at her job. She was very attentive and efficient. She took the time to talk with us. She made both evenings very enjoyable. The food was very fresh and delicious. Thank you!

My 7 year old was served raw chicken tenders. Poor girl was excited to eat here and have her food and she bit into it. She ordered chicken strips. The middle was raw, even the waitress agreed with one look from afar. Although our drinks were free and her meal wasnt charged, we waited forever for the free meal they were gonna redo for her. After waiting about 15 -20 minutes we just left. The cook should've took longer the first time than to let us wait longer the second time. I do have proof of the receipt where it says raw but the review won't let me load a pic. This place was our favorite but we are now grossed out.

Staff not very attentive. Chairs and tables are worn out. Lounge is loud and right next door. Food is decent, not great, edible. Ordered lasagna, which was best of the selection? Other was combination plate, beef enchilada was tasty but no onions, very little cheese. Tamale was dry and unseasoned same with the relleno with burnt edges. No gluten free options!

Good food. Service was decent but we did dine in at a busy hour. Overall, would recommend.

Panz Alegra was a fun experience. I didnt know what to expect going in, they apparently have a bar and a restaurant area. I was in the restaurant side. The service was ok, good in terms of attentiveness, they were swamped and there was a wait to get in anways. Food came out pretty slow but then I am not sure if they are usually completely full. The Chile Releno was reallly good and had a lot of flavor to it. The tacos were pretty basic and the rice was good. My meal came with a large folded flour tortilla with a butter pad that confused me. The menu was expansive and some of the burgers that passed by me looked really good. They touted a sign that said an best authentic mexican food award, but really its tex-mex. Ill go again for sure try more and update.

Enchiladas, beef and chicken, were dry and hardly warm. Fajitas were a little greasy. Guacamole and chips were good but bottom of bowl was filled with lettuce which made it appear there was more guacamole.

Good food and cold ice tea was good love the atmosphere and very friendly good vibe customer service. Honestly I have never been here first time trying it I love it would love to come back and try out other menu items

This place serves really great food. I'm definitely tried the fried zucchini with ranch dressing it's to die for. Also the chips and salsa are great!

We used to Love Panz. Tonight it was really bad the Stuffed Sopapilla my wife had was so bad?, the Sopapilla was to thick, under cooked, no beans, less than a teaspoon of Guacamole, it was cold. Have to say the service WAS GREAT.

I know better. But I came here. Food isn't any better than 5 years ago. Terrible, just terrible. Panz is not a fancy restaurant nor is it a decent cafe. ? Sorry.
