The tail end of a cross country move and I was hangry! I also didn't know where I was and Panda Express was right there. The restaurant was busy and the staff was helpful as I never been to one before. I got mixed veggies and a spring roll. The veggies were just prepared and were yummy. The spring roll is something I won't order again....
Worst Panda I’ve ever been to. Food was cold, tasted like it had been sitting out. Kung Pao chicken was fresh but almost all vegetables, hardly any chicken or peppers and the portion was very small & the Dr Pepper was very flat. I had a bigger plate and they had two of the entrées ready but they were waiting for the Kung Pao to finish and instead of getting me what was ready so I could start eating it just sat there and got colder for roughly 5 minutes. They didn’t offer sweet and sour for the eggrolls and they didn’t give me teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken.
When it comes to their food... SECOND TO NONE. This is the best fast food place out there if you enjoy Chinese food. Their honey pecan shrimp is fire!!!! People were great, but it was not clean in here, the bathroom door handle didn't shut or lock and they were completely out of napkins... (usually need with Chinese food) overall - extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness, but absolutely LOVE the food and great service!
I swear, this Panda Express is the best one I've ever been to... Like the place is so clean, the ambience really makes you hungry and the food! I love how they clean their food table constantly and I love how nice they are to their customers. They are very attentive to the needs of their customers specially the server today Desiree she was so nice and the workers always use Honorifics which is sometimes absent in their other locations. I really enjoyed the food and everything was perfect. 100 percent recommend if youre from the east coast and you want to try western chinese cuisine.. Panda Express Gallup is the place to go!!!!
I normally don't post such low reviews, but the rating is based on the staff and restroom facilities.We stopped by for a quick bite. The food was freshly made and fine. The store is off an exit from the main interstate so expect it to be busy on and off. While waiting for our food, one staff member was trying to clean the tables and sweep the lobby.When it came to the restroom, they have signs on the doors where one door is for use by store associates only and the other restroom is for guests only; however, the guest toilet was full of waste as it doesn't work and there was trash all over the floor. When I asked the cashier to use the locked bathroom, I was told guests were not allowed to use it but nothing was done to remedy the problem. Some guests still went in and used the facility, leaving urine on the floor.
They have two bathrooms, one for staff (which locks) and the other for customers which doesn't have a lock on the door! There's a sign that asks customers to knock before entering, but that didn't stop the man from walking in on me!!! Terrible experience.
Not all vegan options available at this location.Ordered rice with vegetables and when I got home I noticed they served mw only rice.Meat plates were fine as per family’s opinions.
Drive-thru is constantly backed up while driving through town. The portions are miniscule.Rudest woman at the speaker. I had to correct her three times about the order. She argued with me instead of fixing the mistake. "Well you said four eggrolls." Then she hid in the back when I got to the window.Ask for sauce if you get sides, they won't give it to you otherwise.
Drive thru hostess doesn't listen...I thought she was suppose to listen to what I ordered. After correcting her numerous times and referring to the incorrect order displayed on the monitor...attempting to confer at the window...she abruptly closed it b4 I could. Calling back requesting manager she came back online representing herself as manager. She finally divulged she was person who took order and money at window. The manager would b in tomorrow. She.continually talked over me...not listening and that she was correct in giving me an incorrect order. I keep remembering y I don't go there more often! ALSO, It is not posted on the outdoor menu that one dish costs more than posted and hostess did not inform nor correct. So I, like others brush off the excess $2.00...but I'm very careful and particular due to health issues, what I put n my body!!
