Haven't been to Golden Corral since the plandemic. I don't know what happened but not the food is gross and honestly not even eat able. This was one of our favorite places to eat.
Management yells at staff in public. Undermind the staff in public and just to lazy to help the cooks. They run in your way and don't look where their going. Maybe its time to call corporate and get a certified restaurant manager in the building and change things around. But the staff besides management was great. They try their best with very few staff they have. The grill cook Gabriel is excellent at his job. I ask for medium well, I got medium Well. Please replace these non certified managers ASAP.
Went for a quick family meal. The food offerings left a lot to be desired. The carved ham was cold. Hush puppies were overly crisp. The dessert bar had very little to choose from. The ice cream machine has been broken for literally months. The server we had is another story in itself! He was disorganized and maybe overwhelmed? Have never seen anything like it.
Staff has no proper customer service skills. Had to clean our own table because 3 areas of the restaurant were closed off. Cook did not want to cut me a piece of medium rare steak I asked for... After getting a cut, which was cooked most of the way through, the cook rudely responded with "it is what it is" after I said I paid my fee to get the kind of cut I would like. We have had dinners here before and a lot has changed. Not what it used to be.
Awful experience, the food was cold, the restroom was disgusting. I understand they have plastic blue gloves near the plates you’d get, but wouldn’t you think Golden Corral would be able to maintain a clean environment? The restrooms had no soap, there was a closet behind the sinks that was open and literally was filty, looked like it had mold in the corners?I told there employee that they were out of soap in the restroom and the place was a mess. Took about 45 minutes for them to get soap, and the place was still trashy. The food was disgusting that I just left. The food was cold and the fries were literally hard.
Food option/s were "VERY" limited to what one refers to as the main dish/es & side/s.The "Salad" & "Dessert" sections weren't worth browsing. As for the "Steak" station, the cook cut the meat into roughly 3oz servings; which the portions of the meat should have been bigger.
Food were good don't have to wait, it's fast n easy to get your meal. just a couple of times some food were cold. but in joy eating at Golden Corral. ?
Our waitress was super rude to us once we walked in. We needed more tables for me and my family but our waitress just walked off to talk to people at another table. I asked her nicely we needed some tables wiped but she replied how many are you?
The food was all cold well what food there was over half of the trays were empty yeah 12 empty and we got here at 7 o'clock at night they still charged us full price yet only had half the food out and less than half of the desserts I think they should charge you half price if they're only gonna have half the food and especially if the foods are cold. Good job general manager of this location, yeah Kashan Kama you have now made my list as the worst Golden Corral in the United States that I have visited, Bravo
Dirty. Would not recommend. Bathroom is dirty. Floors have food chunks. Food display is dirty. My fork had dried food stuck on the back of it. Guy in glasses cooking steak isn't ment to work with customers pretty rude(the heavier set one not the slim one)
