Our food came out on time. We ordered a 14" cheesesteak pizza and 1/2 a pound of their new boneless wings in Buffalo sauce. The pizza was not as good as I thought it would be. The toppings were tiny and I didn't enjoy it. The boneless wings in Buffalo sauce were more sour than hot or spicy. I also ordered the red bull Gelato and it was good. Our server was attentive and she had great customer service!
We stopped here after finding it on a pet friendly site. We found the restaurant using a GPS, since we are not familiar with the area. We ordered the veggie pizza and it was absolutely amazing. Great ratio of cheese to sauce to toppings. So very delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and was there when you needed them. They did not hover, but came as needed. She even brought us some yummy bread to munch while we waited for our pizza. We saved enough room to try their gelato. We both ordered peach and it was very delicious. Would not hesitate to go there again.
Food was good, mediocre side salad, cake old n dry. Worst part of the whole meal was when we found dead fly in bottom of our tea and manager didn’t do anything about it just said I’m sorry! Wow really!
Best place to eat in Gallup.We travel from Farmington through Gallup at least once a month on our way to AZ. On our way home we saw signs for Fratelli's and decided to stop in. We are so glad we did!Fratelli's is locally owned by Ruth who is one of the most authentic and friendly people we've had the pleasure of meeting. The food is top tier! We got the homemade Hawaiian pizza, pesto, and New Mexico roadrunner - absolutely delicious. Ruth brought us over their signature Alfredo fries, talk about a guilty pleasure! So tasty! Next time we go through we are trying the wings too. We capped off dinner with their homemade Gelato and sorbet, talk about the proverbial "icing on the cake" 5 out of 5 stars.We will absolutely be stopping there every time we drive through.
Waited and watched to be seated. We're easy ... booth, table it doesn't matter. Took over 8 minutes before someone approached our table, yet there was staff running around and visiting with each other. Ordered wine ... it was hot, not warm, hot. Ordered lasagna and egg plant parmesan. Asked for extra cheese ... could hardly find the cheese on the eggplant. parietal. Meals luke warm. AND, NO BREAD WITH MEALS. You want bread, have to buy cheesy bread T $7. Our server was great. But, thanking God we live in Las Vegas NV instead of Gallup NM.
Our second visit here, the last visit was 5 years ago. Fratelli's still has fabulous food. We had called in to get on the wait list and had about a 10 minute wait, which was quick considering the number of people waiting. Our choice of meals this visit was Carbonara with chicken and Sauté Scallops over Linguini sauce. Both meals were very good and the servings were large. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. We ended the meals with a phantastic dish of Gelato. We left with full stomachs and big smiles on our faces.
My experience here was delightful! Service was pretty good, waitress super nice, good temperature, and loved the atmosphere. I would give it a 5/5 but personally, the pasta I ordered needed a little more something. Still was fantastic food! I would recommend this place to people. The gelato is delicious! You can sample stuff and you get what it’s worth! Definitely coming back when I can!
We stumbled into this Italian Gem and it was Amazing! Ruth took such good care of our family and even made a special wing mix for our Dairy free daughter. Gelato made fresh IN STORE, and all dishes home made! Even the new Epoxy finish on the tables is done in house. Food was great, service was incredible, well worth the short <5min detour off the 40 for a home cooked meal!
This is a great local restaurant. When I’m on the road I always prefer to support them instead of chain restaurants. Ruth, the owner, waited on us. I have an extensive list of food allergies and when I showed it to her she didn’t hesitate to tell me it wouldn’t be a problem. She smiled and told me she’d make it work. She did! My meal was delicious. As one of the dessert options they have a selection of 16 different flavors of gelato they make daily. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant.
We stopped to try something different on our way back home to Colorado. Let me say we were far from disappointed. The food was GREAT!!! We had the Alfredo fries, Buffalo chicken wings and the New Mexico road runner pizza. We will be coming back that's for sure ? We will also recommend this place to anyone we know traveling near by. The lady that helped us was the sweetest!!
