Ordered 3 chicken quesadillas, fries and 2 drinks in drive thru ($26!). After getting back on the road, discovered only 1 with chicken and 2 without chicken, not cut. Fries were not cooked, just hot on outside. This was 2pm on a Wed, and no other customers...wthThis had to be done on purpose...why? Are these the type of people you hire to work there?
If I could give negative stars I would.We stopped at the Del Taco in Gallup NM, on US 419. We stood at the counter waiting to have our order taken. However, instead of taking our order, two of the young employees looked at us. Didn't say a word and kept doing whatever it was they were doing. Not even a, "We'll be right with you." We turned around and left. Nothing like being disregarded. We ended up at Wendy's. 5 Star Service.
Terrible service, manager very rude! Only took order for our kids and didn't get our son's order correct. We asked for the missing items and she said we should have ordered correctly! Definitely ordered correctly, just didn't get what we ordered. Went across the street to another restaurant and had a much better experience. Plenty of other options with much better costumer service.
Never had Dell Taco before. So my kids said try it and it 2as good. I was hungry, so I ordered two of the items I wanted, as it turned out they were more than enough....I only ate one.
the tacos and burgers are soo good and the fries is like heaven but the ice melts so fast.tho?
Loved going here. Drive thru is always fast and food is always hot!
Walked in, waited at the order counter for 10 minutes with no service. She was alone taking care of the line of drive thru customers. We walked out with not so much as an acknowledgement that we were there waiting 10 feet from her.
Took forever to get thru line. Tried to charge me for a different order, they found my order, but then gave me the first order they tried to charge me. I don't think they know what they are doing.
These workers are RUDE!! I tell you. They denied my order in the drive thur. Lady started cussing at us!!! Telling us that they will not be taking our order and started rising her voice and yelling though the box. Very unprofessional!!! If they are like that I wouldn’t even try their food. They might as well just split in it!!! Need to work on new workers!!!!!! If I could give them a Negative Star I would!!! Never again!!!
The meat is like a thousand little balls in your mouth, it's not pleasant...taco bell is better, and that's not saying much ?
