Good service from out server! In these times, I’m proud of those in this field.. Thank You.

food was great. service was super fast

I have never been more disappointed with a resraraunt as I was with this Cracker Barrel. The food was mediocre at best. I have eaten at military chow halls whose food had more flavor. The best part of the entire meal was the french fries, and they were barely warm when we go them. We decided to split a hamburger steak which is normally great comfort food, but this was an unflavored piece of ground meat, and thats it. We also decided to try the Hashbrown Casserole Nuggets. They were nothing like the item on the menu. The menu indicated they had bacon and cheese, but these just had cheese melted underneath them and bacon thrown to one side. Unfortunately, this was not the worst part of the visit. We'd eaten only maybe a quarter of the meal, and the waitress asked how our food was, and I let her know I was not very happy. Her response was something along the lines of, "Oh, I'm sorry", and that was IT! Then, when we paid, the guy at the register asked if we enjoyed our meal, and I simply said, "No, not really". His response was the same, "Sorry about that" and even that was not very emphatic. We have eaten at Cracker Barrels all across the country and I can easily rate this the worst we've ever encountered. Stay away, and eat somewhere else.

Ive never got such a tiny portions of steak and hash for my all time favorite "Country's boy breakfast"This is experimental resraurant, they say.I guess experiment is how small portions may go. Does not work for me. Highly dissapointment. Ill avoid this location from now on.

About the best thing I can say is the water was good. The hashbrown casserole bites weren’t at all as advertised, my husband’s French fries were cold, the hamburger steak was just fried hamburger meat with absolutely no seasoning or flavor and my caramel latte was 1/2 cup of burnt espresso with the rest of the cup plus at least 6 inches of whipped cream drizzled with caramel. Told both the waitress and cashier when they asked how are meal was and neither seemed to care.We usually LOVE Cracker Barrel and look forward to stopping, eating and shopping but not this time.

Took 40 minutes for 2 of us to get seated. There were open tables every where, floors were trashed (which I know CB don't like). We were waited on by a 4 star trainer...n from being a trainer for CB for 12 years prior I felt the service was cold but it was done. We got our food but everything felt like a bad transaction. Food came out fast. Maybe my expectations are always high because I have worked for CB before...just didn't feel like the normal service u would expect ? Next time we'll take it to go. Thank you for the food and the staff that do show up we appreciate u. And yes we left a good tip.

Always a pleasant and friendly dining experience and so fun to shop in the gift shop ?

Terrible service. We waiting for our table for 45 mins. Finially got seated and got no service for another 15 minutes, no drinks or no greetings. It was very frustrating. The food is always so good but the service is terrible. We spoke to the manager (male) and all he could say was we could move to another server when we hadn't even had a server to begin with. So I did not understand the managers attempt to apologize for the poor service. The food is so good but the experience could make some improvements.

Cant get a rare piece of beef...the manager relayed it was against the law to cook meat rare. ( really?) So does this mean they don't buy quality meat and csnt trust it to be fresh? Hmmmm. Okra.. dry dry dry.

My French toast came to the table burnt. Server had them remake it. Came back a little less black but still burnt. They said it was because of the new recipe with brown sugar in it.? So I asked for grilled chicken fingers. These had charcoal from the grill on them. The servers tried to make it right as best they could. So either Cracker Barrel has gone seriously down hill since I was up north for six months or that cook need to be let go.
