Took a few min to get the food but the food was fresh...hot and yummy thank you!
Got 4 out of 5 sandwiches wrong. All the employees did was watch movies with cuss words in the lobby. Service was horrible and managers were clueless
Haven’t eaten food yet but it’s the only fast food restaurant without a closed lobby so 5 stars it is. If masks are required and as safe as they say they are, not sure why we need to close lobbies.Down a star, super slow.
I asked for fresh French fries when I ordered. The fries I got definitely weren't fresh so I asked again for fresh fries. I was told it would take 2 and a half minutes. Ten minutes later I'm still sitting here waiting. I parked in the front as I was asked but now it looks like they are taking their time because I complained.
Bathrooms need cleaned, food is average and overpriced, but at least the lobby is open, unlike McDonald’s and Wendy’s.
Ordered $60 worth of food and they didn't put a large fries and medium fries on my order. Tried calling but it just went to voice mail. If you order here please check you order to make sure they put everything in your bag.

Wanted to eat in, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get our food. I could see staff moving at a snail’s pace. I also saw them throw my breakfast burritos in the microwave, causing them to be glued to the paper and chewy. Also, they originally put our order in a to-go bag before realizing it was for in-house. Not great communication.
Everytime I come here ask for ice cream it’s down its out do they just not want to clean up after the machine is it tough to clean up after or does it have a timer of setting up?? Like does it have a warm up time? Or the next shift clogged it up before closing and morning shift just doesn’t want to bother with cleaning up night shift is there a day shift vs night shift and its effecting the costumers I’m the end!????
