When management blames their new hires instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for an hour wait when a drive thru order should take no more than 15 minutes you know the place is falling apart. I felt so bad for the drive thru cashier who had to deal with being talked down because the team wasn't working together.
Tried the new patty melt, won't be getting that again but the usual menu is still good, friendly service

The experience was extremely awful.My husband and I placed an order at about 5:50 pm and until 6:25 pm the order could not be served. My husband realized that persons who came in at about 6:25 pm, received their order within five minutes. He then aired his disgust, only to realize that his order had been sitting on the packaging table all along and there was no way the person doing the packaging could not have know, as she saw my husband standing there all that time. She did not even have the courtesy to inquire as to the wait. I am not heartbroken, I will just spend my money elsewhere.I am still wondering whether what transpired was tied to a former incident where a $5 order was messed up and I went back inside to notify them and they indirectly asked for the proof. My husband was most disgusted, brought the order back inside, and expressed his dissatisfaction. All of this have caused us to be reflecting: Could the experiences be tied to us being African American???
Was ok for fast food stop, chicken sandwich was delicious with the works. Had to ask tomatoes n pickle, wanted onions too but was not added.
I had some borgir and was good
