So after the restaurant we had planned on going to was closed, we stopped at Blake's Lotaburger. It happened to be national onion ring day, so we chose onion rings. I had a chicken sandwich with hatch green chili added and my husband had a New Mexican style lotaburger with a chocolate shake. The food was amazing, the onion rings were so good, and the hatch green chilies on each sandwich were perfection. I would recommend and will eat there again when in Gallup.
Very bad. Customer service instead of correcting mistake. The employees would rather argue with customer and blame customer for their mistake. Yelling behind the counter and each employee refused to give their name. But continue to argue..meal sitting on counter for 20 minutes and a soggy bag should explain it all. Very dissatisfied. Then you can't complain when u call because the computer takes the order..
It always smells clean. I ordered via phone order which was easy and fast. Blake's has the BEST burgers and breakfast burritos EVER!!!!!
Breakfast burritos are always been great until they removed the "2 cracked eggs"....I'm allergic to yolks. I only order one for one of my son's, none for me.
Great burgers and fries! Enjoyed the hatch green chilies! Yum!! Excellent and friendly staff.
The onion rings are great! The burger was ok, but the service was lacking. We needed ketchup, but couldn't get anyone to help us. They had plenty of help, but it seemed no one wanted to do more then the minimum. I hope they get a little guidance on customer service.
They are very unorganized and slow. When I received my order I was charger 1 extra meal. The lady on the register had no clue what she was doing. So once I took the food home we were short 2 items,I had to all the way back and wait in line again. I will stay away from that place from now on.
Man, Blakes went downhill, the green chili double cheeseburger combo is now 14 dollars! The meat pattie is smaller and the fries are different. Sad day in New Mexico. Will not be returning.
I like Blake’s lota burger. The New Mexico style burger is my favorite. I’ve been to many blakes lota burgers around New Mexico. This has been the worst Blake’s I’ve ever been to. The cashiers customer service was the worst, and no Pepsi on the machine.
Got the order wrong. My burger was cold, patty burnt. 2 of the 4 burgers ordered were apparently good. As we're the seasoned fries.
