The young shift manager was so kind to get my burger fixed, I made an online order and I picked it up on the right time. But my meal usually are warm enough to eat but this time at this location it was so cold, my fries stayed in the warmer for more than 30mins and I didn’t want to cause anymore headaches because it was 15mins before closing, so I left it and just my burger remade because I can’t be paying an extra $1 for a extra patty and cheese, so I had to get it remade :,( I’m sorry for being an headache guys.
Your computerized call in systems sucks. Placed my order and when I arrived to pick up there was no order in my name. I would give no stars if I could. It’s very hard to place an order and when it says it is transferring to a person nobody answers.
I placed an order by phone, the person I spoke to said it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. When I got to the local I paid and they said it woul be a couple minutes. It was already about 20 minutes later. I had to stand and wait another 20 minutes. I could not stand any longer and went to sit in my vehicle to wait for the order. 15 minutes later and due to a recent surgery I could not stand any longer so I tried to call and see if the order was ready. I could not talk to anyone because of the automated call system. I drug myself back into the restaurant and my order was placed under the counter and was never called for the order. I asked for a refund which they gave me however it wasted over an hour of my day and caused brutal pain. Terrible customer service and an absolutely horrible experience.
Hamburger meat are thin and the cooks over cooked the meat ....hamburger didn't taste the same so I lost money ?....this happened on Southside blakes ,gallup...
Everytime I order here there is something off with my order..this time I ordered 2 of the #5 burritos, got back to the office there was 1 #1 and 1 #2 burrito.... I asked for smothered burrito and got charged extra as so... my burrito barely had any chile at all.. when I pay for it to be smothered... I would expect that it's at least partially drowned with chile...
I asked for extra bacon with red sauce, but I got a regular number one with no red sauce and no extra bacon. The service I got this morning was very poorly and I do not approve. I wasted my money on something I was looking forward to enjoying but ruined my morning/day. ?
My experience has been getting better since my last review... the burgers are still small compared to what they used to be but the taste hasn't suffered... the appearance is a lot better as well... still not 5 stars but getting better...
Was very dissapointed that the lottaburger has got a lot smaller, and the last time i ordered my fries were stale and cold. Blakes has slipped alot u used to look foward to a meal there but not lately, i am not a fan of the automaited ordering process the few times i hav ordered it has messed up my order.
My phone order was ready but I didn't get until 10 minutes later. Was this a new crew that was hired. Prior experience the taste of the breakfast burrito was the bomb!!!! Now boring...
