Hot and delicious. Manager attentive; checked on us regarding our satisfaction with our meal and service. And she smiled.
Pizzas were excellent but would have liked to have the thin crust with my extra LG pizza.
The Garlic Bread was only one piece of bread with hardly any garlic... The Cheesy Bread was not cheesy... The pizza had literally no sauce!... Very Disappointing?
I am not happy. the employee's were kind the pizza is good or I would not come here. my granddaughter has allergies to gluten which is pretty much everything in big cheese I wanted to bring gluten free food for my granddaughter and still feed a group of 8 and was told i could not bring outside food . shawn the owner needs to change this policy or be more flexible. Being a owner of a company myself I would not treat my customers that have been coming to big cheese for over 30 years plus like this you have lost a good customer and I will tell everyone I know how the policy is bad ?
This place is my inlaws favorite pizza place since they were kids. And My niece has really severe food allergies, so we bought her food that she can eat so she wont be excluded while we all eat. But they denied her to eat. Non inclusive or consideret to other. When they dont offer allergy allternatives. That is how you lose loyal, generational customers. I personally dont like the pizza but I go its nostalgic for my husband . Yet they let you bring outside food like cake and ice cream for parties.
Do they really sanitize?! I had been there before quality WAS good service great, what happened!!!?? Disappointed in quality and service...Workers look unhappy and show it!! Managers or leads rude as heck!! No interest in correcting issues.. will have to think about going back ?
The lady cashier there was rude bu our kids enjoy the game area..pizza was great juc the worker there Sucked.
Dislike the costumer service at this location. There this navajo women their with a Karen hair cut acts like a stuck up lady. What she gotta be mad about? She just stands there.
Been 5 to 6 visiting this place . Was good back then still is . I'm glad this place still open . One of my favorite place to eat . Alot of memories. Was great
