I would've have given a five star, but there mic was out for drive through.... they always have something going wrong on our visit there. The ice cream was delicious.
Ordered online, but was told that their computer wasn't working, the person knew what I ordered but didn't wanna make it, and instead made up excuses, very displeased with what Baskin Robbins has come to as their customer service isn't great anymore :/

Worse service ever, no lines and yet it takes two people to ruin one order....it's not hard to scoop ice cream and put it in a cone....and the looks both the employees gave to me for their incompetence...rude.
Extravagant customer service, when i walked in i was greeted and felt welcomed by employee trivon. 10/10 experience ??

They charged full price for this melted ice cream. The fudge was just a glob on the side. They make the one scopes incredibly small in comparison to all the other places. Do not go here it’s not worth the long lines and expensive prices.
