Not good at all. Left me waiting in there for like 10 mins. And no one was in line. Bad customer service. And the workers just stared at me while they were talking among them selves. DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is the 4th time I've complained about the same thing happened with no correction. Sometimes your staff can do cajun parm corn no problem...Sometimes its again the policy... I'm definitely tired of being discriminated against in this establishment. Staff is not only unfriendly but will treate people they dislike with disrespect. I have to almost get into a shouting match every time i order food here. This is unacceptable and you need to fire an retrain everyone.
When I first moved here I tried this place and got awful customer service and they forgot the drinks. Fast forward a year and tonight I decided to give them a chance cause wings sounded good. They forgot the drinks again and when I called to talk to someone about it I was on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up and called again twice to no answer. This is a joke and I regret giving them money for anything.
I’ve never eaten here before. Very first time and I experience bad customer service. I came in with 7 people to dine in and there were no seating to sit BIG families. They wouldn’t even have me combine two tables together. Asked for my refund, lady behind counter said it was going to take 10 business days to go back into my account. I didn’t care, if they weren’t willing to let me dine in with my family why should I care how long it takes. I just wanted to get out of that awful place and left mad!
Use to be better. Ate there today and there was puddles grease left below my wings. All available tables were dirty.. Customer service needs to improve.
Service is nonexistent. Tried calling to place an order and was hung up on multiple times. Resorted to placing an order online which quoted a wait time of 16-21 minutes. Arrived after 20 minutes and waited an additional 10 to receive my order. The wings were steaming hot but the fries appeared to be older than Troy Aikman. I asked the manager if I could have fresh fries and motioned to the ones I could see from the counter. The manager returned a few moments later with what appeared to be my same boat of fries simply redunked in the fryer. No apology or substitution was offered, even after I asker her if they were the same fries, she simply walked away. Pretty disappointing.
Food tasted bad. My fries were cold and the 10 pieces chicken was hard as a rock. Unprofessional manager. She was rude to me. Don’t eat there unless you like cold food.
The Farmington,NM location is in desperate need of customer service training. No smiles on anyone. They make you feel like a nuisance. They're always annoyed when they finally answer the phone. If you even get someone on the phone. When you go to pick up your order they once in a while actually get it right. If not you have to fight with the person they decide is the manager at the moment. So if your willing to go through all that for some wings then good luck. Your gonna need it. Don't expect to be treated well or with some courtesy.
This is a must try in Farmington. The fries were hand cut and made fresh. The variety of sauces was second to none. Everthing is made fresh to order. Reasonably priced.
Wings are good, fries are good. They will change the channels if you want to watch a game.
