They are always getting my order right! I love how when I go through the drive thru and it seems packed, they still get me taken care of fairly quick! I do appreciate that!
Went to the E Main Wendy's drive thru tonight. Everything was good until I got home. I ordered an Apple-Pecan Salad and a Southwest Avocado. When I got home my husband read the labels and took the Southwest Avocado. After taking a few bites, he stated he did not think his was a Southwest Avocado. I then went and checked my salad, which I found had the Apple-Pecan label on it, but was in fact was the Southwest Avocado. When I called and spoke to the Manager, all she could offer was an excuse and no remedy. An appropriate apology, not excuses, is what should have occurred; and if she is in charge of training this new person, maybe she should get a more competent employee to handle that task.
Food was decent for a moment was literally so cold in there my cheese wouldn't melt on my baconator fries! 36 degrees outside was warmer than inside come on now
Best place to get a late night burger always fresh would of showed a picture but I ate it

Gave us Dr ppepper instead of tea. Got home no dressing for salad. East main Wendy's and it's usually the best but not this tme.
Charged me 50 cents for cheese in my chilli, got enough for one bite. The person taking my order didn't even know they had baked potatoes and argued with me over it. I'm pretty easy going, this really spoiled my experience. Glad I don't live in this town and will never have to visit this store again.
We had a drive thru breakfast.. ordered#2-7. With coffee and orange juice..the coffee was cold.and got wrong order..didn't get #7 but got #1.and charge w extra sandwich combo..Got change back for wrong one..Never got there again..
What cn say, it's Wendy's. There food is always a good choice. Keep up the gr8 work.
Mmmm, got a Dave's single with cheese meal ??? burger tasted fresh, fries were hot and salted by an expert ? of course a huge shout out for having working frosty machine, cause Lord knows our kids are tired of hearing McDonald's say " sorry our ice cream machine is down ?" I think that was actually why we originally went here ???? it was DELICIOUS. Dang, I might go by now ???
