My husband and I eat at this restaurant today 05/4/22. We ordered a #1 w single patty and a #1 w a triple meats but sadly we were 3 miles away from the store when we realized that they messed up our order!. When we pulled up to the window to let them knew Abt the situation the girl at the window didn't ask for a receipt so I assume she already knew what we were there for..I didn't get a receipt from her either. We paid abt 23.00 for jst 2 meals and that's a lot of cash for 2 meals . But the lady could of said I'm sorry or we did get your order wrong . She just opened an closed the window. But customer service is much needed in this line of work!.
The cashier was extremely rude, there fries were so under cooked, i asked for pickles and she said she couldn’t, she forgot something on our order and the bathroom was extremely disgusting ? the worker do not were glove and the floor was covered in food will they stood around not doing nothing the cook was Creepy would not recommend ?
This place has rude employees, wouldn't come here again. Food is disgusting, always serve cold food. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant. If I could I would give 0 stars
Clean restraunt front and back. Days best time to go fresh and fast food!! Fries are great!
Heath dept. Shut this place down! ASAP! 15 min after they opened, 9:15 am. EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. Not one customer in the lobby yet. Obviously it was never swept or sanitized by whoever closed last night. 3rd world dirty. No doubt the kitchen is also full of health code violations.
Good food and fast service the guy at the window wasnt very friendly. But all in all good place
We only order through drive thru. Of course it's a busy place. Drive thru takes awhile sometimes. Food takes forever I usually wait on fries . And I haven't tasted fresh hot food from them.. but I'm sure if people like it and aren't picky. I'm not picky :)
Rude as hell. Orders always wrong, they say their card machines are broke when you get to the window them sat if you like it go to the another Wendy's and that was a so called manager.

Horrible experience here. Ordered a grilled chicken that was passed the hold time and nasty. They forgot our drink so we went back through. I explained to put a new one down and I’d wait. They took my old chicken which is fine and gave me another one. I specifically asked if it was fresh and not passed the hold knowing it wasn’t. The sand which was just as nasty as the first one. I took it back to the door and the manager offered a refund fine but don’t make people eat that garbage. Keep track of your hold times. This can cause people to get sick.
