Just no they take forever and we had to wait for 2 drink when had to wait for 15-20 mins when it only takes 3-4 mins good luck standing inside or the drive-thru and get frustrated
It’s a high volume store, the money comes in automatically - influencers are the advertising that drives customers into these stores to spend $9 on a drink. This store has needed a new manager for at least 5 years now. Once management changes, I might consider going back.
The staff working here are delightful, always friendly and greets me as soon as I walk in. However, the service for ordering at the counter is soooooo slow. I understand there's an order in which items are prepared. But sometimes I don't want to order in-app, or drive-thru. Sometimes I prefer the brief interaction with the barista to brighten my day. Wanting such a small pleasurable thing but suffering the wait for it is unfair. I get it. It's business. It's probably why I choose the customer service of local coffee shops versus a commercialized chain. Oh well. Local shops, here I come.
After coming back from California there is definitely a huge difference in how the coffee is made here compared to California. California it tastes better.
Fast service. Accurate to my order. Sometimes we have issues with our order being messed up but it was good today. Morning staff tends to be on the ball.
Great coffee.... although average wait in drive-thru at this location is about a 15-minute wait... ??♀️
This Starbucks is my favorite. The people are wonderful and remember me which I love. Great service!

The mobile app did not work out to well with my visit. Whoever was in charge of that was not paying attention to the mobile orders. All the workers were focused on the drive thru. I waited 20 mins to get my drinks and the lobby wasn’t busy at all. I noticed a customer walk in while I was waiting and make a order and got his order fast. So it’s probably better to walk-in rather than use the mobile app!
Customer service was good, everyone said hello. I don’t like how there will be 5-6 people behind the counter and everyone seems to making drinks for the window and not the 5 people standing/waiting inside. Today I witnessed one gentleman making 5 drinks for 5 people total alone and waited 20 minutes to finally get mine. I also watched him pour foam into my cup when I clearly asked for no foam/no whip. I don’t like visiting this location much because of this issue. It’s starting to become frequent. I was not satisfied with my coffee..
