Ordered on the app, checked in waited 30 min, sign said car hop on the way with our order waited 10 more min no car hop, pushed button and complained was told to hold onto my horses car hop was on the way. Waited 10 more min pushed button asked about my order, they asked me to repeat the order, order showed up in about 3 min, but they wanted me to pay again, I had paid when I ordered on app, I got the order without paying. It was a long wait for 2 drinks and 2 ice creams. FYI they were not that busy.
Stan the assistant manager was very disrespectful. Me and my sister went to this sonic on may 5th to get our drinks we ordered in the app and this man and girl who worked the drive through gave us so much attitude. We pull to the window and she quickly gave us our drinks and then slammed the window. I wave her down and ask for some creamer and sugar for my coffee and she hands us a little cup that’s probably been sitting on the counter all day and then slams the window again. I was like wow this is not happening. I wave the man down and ask him if the cup she handed us was actually creamer and he says yea it is. I asked oh it doesn’t come in those little cups anymore? And he’s like no. I tell him that the girl who gave us our drinks was very rude and he tells us no she wasn’t. I was so shocked because he was so rude. I tell him I’m sorry but now you’re being rude. He tells me no I’m not and slams the window. I pull to the side and call the store and say I’m sorry but the way you just handled that situation was very rude and he tells me no it wasn’t and hangs up. I call back and ask for the gm and owner and he tells me no that he can’t give me that information out. I’m like I’ve worked fast food I know how it works. He says it’s against policy. I do not think at this point it should matter or worth the fight I hang up. I call the other location and found out the owner and gm. I do not know why they were so rude. My dad previously had an incident as well awhile back and this man Stan threw my dads drink at him! I do not understand how they have a job still but I do not think the boss would like that their employees are treating customers like that.
I'm very upset with this location, we waited 27 minutes for our food. Chicken strips, tots and toast were burnt. My burger was cold and they had no salt or ketchup..
Messed up my entire order didn't give me the large m&m icee cream i asked for charged me for things i didn't even order
Love the throwback drive-in concept. All-day breakfast, great shlushies, chicken, burgers, desserts. What's not to like?
I come here or use to come here twice a day, lunch and evening time for the same drink sprite with cherry easy ice. My visit tonight will keep me away for an extended time. Twice my drinks destroyed, than being greeted by angry Manager Cole or Corey who angry grabs the drink, than returns shorty asking . The first return was said to be odd since the Sprite was mixed with Sprite One (something I notice a week ago but finally felt the need to point out since I throw away 3 already), the second drink, Dr. Pepper with strawberry and lemon, was very tart due to way too many lemon syrup. With the angry manager greeting me I felt scared to order an replacement after being 2 error this evening. Sad to say customer service normally is great here but this last visit? No thank you.
I am only giving this 3 stars because man it's hard, the drinks are so so damn good, the prices are unbeatable in the morning or if you have the app, but I don't get told hello, thank you, have a good day, go kiss my a*s, nothing. I don't know if somebody doesn't like me or what, (same person working), but it really sucks going there in my own home town of little ol' Aztec. And I like to go every morning. But I don't anymore unless I don't have time to make it to another town. I have a family of 6, so when we eat out, we can spend a bunch, so we will stick to evenings if we go here.
