best place in this town makes burger king look like trash. they need to get the carhops to skate again. also they need to fix there mics cues I swear they can not hear us at all. at first I thought they where just rude but I really think they cannot hear us. 4 stars because the hops cant skate and I did not get my fries
A car hop named Jayden was coughing all over my order. Thought was just gross. They should make them wear masks again. ?
ordered a blast with Reesie‘s cups in it they brought me out a Butterfinger blast... I said but I ordered a Reesie‘s...I even showed her the receipt.... the girl asked me "what’s your point", I said, "well I want the Reesie‘s I don’t want a Butterfinger"... she says "we’re out of Reeses"....could she not have told me that before she brought out something I didn't want???
My order of boneless chicken was awesome. Good temperature and tasty sauce. The fries are dry and need flavoring. I'm not crazy for them. As usual the drinks are stupendous.
Didn’t get my order right when I pressed the button to ask for something they forgot the male Manager was super rude and unprofessional. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. The management obviously doesn’t care.
The food was great. I gave it a 4 star because they doused the tots/fries in so much salt. Been here 2 times and asked for no salt on tots and still ended up with salt in them on the last order. Becareful you sodium watchers.
Service is very slow even with few customers. They will display that an order is on its way several minutes before it actually comes out. Seems like they are trying to keep up their stats but not actually providing good service.
Did not get my whole order that I purchased. They missed my sides that I order with my combo. The burgers were cold and the cheese was not melted on the burgers. Looks like they just slapped it together and didn't care about quality at this spot. We will see if they change there practices if I come back to dine here again.
I go to different Sonic Drive in's, depending on what side of town I am on at the time. Usually I get good service, but the last two mornings I went to the Sonic on 20th St. and I probably won't be going back to that on in the mornings anymore. The young lady who take's and hands my order to me was very rude. She lied to me about them not making slushies until 8:00 am, which is a total lie because I get them them there on several mornings around 6:30 am. Then she practically throws my order at me. I'm just done dealing with rude people, so I will pick a different Sonic for my morning burrito.
Gr8 food with a classic feel. The food is gr8, everything on the Manu is worth trying. The classic drinks n ice cream drinks n desserts r just as good. Always love eating at sonic and will continue to. Service is gr8 n friendly n food is made n delivered in a timely manner. 10/10 for Sonic Drive-in.
