I’ve been here a couple of times and ordered loaded baked potato soup and when I got it I didn’t see any “loaded” in my soup at all. When asked about it they said “you should’ve asked for it” I specifically asked for loaded and that’s not what I got. Horrible customer service.
The drive through wait is ridiculous. Not worth the 20 min wait

Schlotzsky's is a good place to go for "quick" bite. Their food is wonderful and staff is pleasant to deal with. However my lastest experience was not the best. I ordered soup and ended up waiting far longer than it should have taken for the order to be fulfilled. The young man did seem to be a new employee. I would recommend this place for a good cup of soup.
Attempted to get a sandwich that needed a few heavy alterations due to an ongoing battle with bad tooth decay/sensory issues with autism. Employee legitimately told me just to make my own sandwich. Never coming here again.
A great sandwich place to go. Where we live we have to travel 50 miles to get one. So, being close to one in Aztec, NM we had to get one.
They rarely grt orders right...especially on line orders. Today is the 3rd time in a row its been screwed up.
Food is great, but the daytime crew is so rude. I placed a mobile order and web inside to pick up and they were annoyed to have to stop what they are doing to talk to me . Also make sure to check your bag. I had to ask twice for my soup. Manager seems rude. I wouldn’t want to work with her either.
Schlotzsky's is a nice alternative to other national chain sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of the larger grocery stores in farmington. I really like the unique take on round sandwiches instead of defaulting to copying the sub sandwich format. Be warned that the large is monstrous in size! This location does a lot of drive-through business currently but we chose to dine in. The dining room is small but the staff did a good job with service. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.
Took a while to think about how many stars to give this place. There was a family of 3 ahead of me. Took forever to place their order…guy on register didn’t seem very confident at all. Then instead of taking my order, he walked away? Someone in the kitchen seemed to tell him off and he came back carrying a broom? Kitchen staff seemed to be arguing with each other ? I know it’s winter, but please turn the heat down! It was so hot in there, there was condensation on all the windows! Plus, please clean the ovens. It was so smoky in the dining area
