Shopping with friends from out of town. We donât have a red lobster in Durango. You could tell they were short staffed but they were very attentive there were a lot of empty tables because I didnât have enough wait staff. I feel bad for restaurants right now

Absolutely the worst red lobster I’ve EVER been to. Dinner was served cold, by the time waitress even came back to table it was to late to complain. I did complain about scampi…. Left side cold/ right side hot…. Notice a difference ???
Best restaurant experience I've had in a long time! Our server Emma was awesome and really nice. The older lady that goes around and talks to everyone was also great! Food came in a timely manner. Brussell sprouts were absolutely amazing! So was everything else. Recommend just calling ahead and making a reservation prior to gping to avoid the wait.

Got the ultimate feast. It was good the broccoli was a little brown and rice was a little hard still. Wish I had a little more crab meat but was good
Wife and I had a great time. Place was super clean and everyone was extremely kind. Even though they were incredibly busy everyone was calm and not running around spazzing out. Food came out reasonably fast and was well cooked and tasted great! Our still in training waiter was one of the nicest people I have ever met. As was the person training him.
Our kids took us out to eat here.. was good. Last time we been here was before pandemic. N both times my Husband got called out for work, so we just had to leave. Food is always good, our waiter was great. I just stressed some becuz not everyone was wearing a mask, n all the tables were occupied. Not all staff were masked either. I didnt like it, that 1 of the servers wasn't wearing a mask and breathing all over our food, when they brought our order..Our waiter wore a mask.
Food not good as it looks. Did not enjoy the food. Too salty. Salmon was dry. Didn't taste most of the dishes, no flavor.
