Foooooooood was awesome! I really enjoy it ! The pot stickers are the best I ever had in farmington area and love it! The owners were great and the service was great! So don’t mine stopping by again and try something different.

The pad see ew was good but very lacking in vegetables. It was one very strong flavor and needed something to break up the bulk. The thai tea is very strong, most thai tea is hot and then poured over ice, theirs is premade, cold poured over ice so its missing that extra water.
Best orange chicken that I have ever had! While traveling through town, I googled places to eat. This place had so many 5 star reviews, I had to try it. I am so glad that I did! My family tried the Pad Thai, Orange chicken, summer rolls, and shrimp in a blanket. I recommend all of it! The orange chicken was high quality chicken breast, hard carved, lightly breaded, with real oranges in the sauce! We devoured the shrimp in a blanket! Best Thai food that I have eaten. Nice sized portions! Wonderful service, very nice people, enjoyed talking to the owners!
My favorite Thai dish is Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) and enjoy trying this wonderful dish at many Thai Restaurants. I have to say today I was thoroughly impressed with the flavor and spice level. Spice level 3 was perfect just starting to bring a tear to my eye!I must say Pat’s Thai Food is very close to the flavor of my favorite Thai Restaurant in OKC.
This place is AMAZING! As someone who has spent months in Thailand, this is some of the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in the States. I can’t recommend it enough. Pat and her husband are kind and lovely and they even pulled out a table and chairs for us to eat while we were there. Please come to Santa Fe guys! Thank you so much!! We’ll be back again!
Definitely like no other restaurant.The Crispy Orange Chicken was soooooo delicious, along with the Mongolia Beef & Pot Stickers!You will not be disappointed. Everything was packing with flavor and genuinely cooked with passion.Highly recommend!!

I stopped in today for orange chicken and pot stickers and I was not disappointed! The food is fresh and delicious and the women running the food truck were friendly and helpful. If you haven’t tried their food yet, I highly recommend it.
We travel the country and this is by far the best Thai food we have ever had. Everything we ordered from there was so flavorful and delicious! It’s a must if you’re in the area. We had the Pad Thai, Garlic chicken, egg rolls, avocado rolls, and the Satay with the peanut sauce.
