I ordered ahead knowing I would have a larger order. not only was it not ready when I arrived, the person (no names here) took my name and tossed the wrong order at me as though I was a neusance. Than proceeded to walk away without hearing me out that the order was wrong. I had to get another associates help to correct the issue. Very disappointing
Worst customer service. Waited 10 minutes at hot line Thurs night until I finally sternly asked if someone could help us. Quarter of hot line empty, employees b.s. ing in back and manager staring at us offering no help.Overcharged for 2 drinks..Will not be back.This place needs an overhaul.
Your employees need training on customer service. One female employee was very rude to a disabled grandma in a wheelchair. Her body language and tone in her voice seemed agitated and mad. They treated the customer as if they were a burden rather then wanting returning customers. Disappointed ..especially when your sign outside says otherwise.
Food was delicious but the negative service from one employee completely ruined our whole experience. From rolling her eyes and rude service made it uncomfortable for us to even want to come back to this location.
Ordered with drive thru . Get to window and get food basically thrown at me. Did not give us our order correctly, cold, tasted awful. It was like it was left over from someone else’s dinner.Do not go there!
4/22: ok i admit that I am a bit choosey about Chinese restaurants. Tried Panda express years ago in an area that had many fine Chinese restaurants and never went back until the virus forced me to adjust my standards. These folks stayed open for drive in all through the virus and are now back open for dine in as well. After more or less being forced to try them by the lack of other open or adequate restaurants I've grown to like them quite a bit, and eat here frequently. The food is consistently tasty and freshly prepared. Their Kung Bao chicken has a better and more 'authentic' flavor than most any place around here and, yes, it is a bit hot just like it is supposed to be. Could do a little better on cleaning the indoor tables between visitors during busy times. Egg rolls not so good: frozen, mushy inside.
At this Panda once you enter the drive-thru lane you are committed and you will be stuck for however amount of time they want you to wait. It took well over twenty minutes to even get to the order board and the employee didn't even think to apologize for the wait. Cut to picking up the food at the window, again no apology for wait (over thirty minutes by now) and to top things off i witness a employee drop a food scooping spoon directly on the greasy floor and proceeded to place it back into the holder to be use on the next order. I did informed a employee off the drop and she said she'll look into it. Scary how food is handled at this store.
I have a few complaints, we ordered two entrees. Both our beef w/broccoli wasn't good, felt like the meat wasn't fully cooked nor the broccoli, super crunchy. My honey walnut shrimp was drenched in grease and didn't taste good. The orange chicken with the sauce seemed like it wasn't mixed well together. Too zesty! Not like how we remember it would taste, the food and the taste was off. Especially with being in line for over 30 mins, you would think our meals be prepared correctly and that didn't happen. Was disappointing!...

Arguably some of the best Chinese fast-food available. Some of their entrees: Crispy Almond Chicken Breast, Wok Seared Steak & Shrimp, Black Pepper Angus Steak - too many to mention here. Lots is delicious appetizers.
