Unsanitary here @ Mcd’s. Placed my order in drive thru only to be parked & not told why. Received my order 17 minutes later (5 cars behind me served & left. Mine was just a big breakfast/ hotcakes & sausage plus a #1 w/lrg coffee - simple. Maintenance man came out w/food & while noticing him, I was like hello OSHA? Health concern? Then notice order was incorrect. Went inside to correct it & saw management standing & yet have your maintenance dude deliver food in his nice dirty uniform - we are paying higher then normal prices to sit & wait & yes I know it’s fast food & not instant only to be delivered by the maintenance guy. Management do your job & double check all orders & break up those clicks that hangout & give dirty looks if you ask for something- where is Cecilia? Is she no longer owner?
I went there tonight for a late night snack and ordered online. It took 20 minutes just to tell them I had an order. They skipped me 3x while I was at the order box.
All drinks are $1.... except Sweet Tea. Why are you hating on sweet tea drinkers? There's as much if not MORE sugar in soda than sweet tea. Biased & price gouging IMHO. Prices have gone up on so many menu items, nothing is worth it anymore.Falsely inflated prices makes coming back not worth it.
If you got the app use it. Especially if you're in a hurry. You get a good deal out of your order when you see the freebies or points that you can use. Otherwise expect to wait in a long line.
all McDonalds are the same. this one wants to make everyone move to a parking spot or curb until the order is ready and some one brings it our. its stupid and only speeds things up if it's a huge order. I know I may need to wait and this irritates me to no end.
One of the guys that works here was getting head while taking my order. He was taking forever and said “sorry I’m getting head and my computer isn’t working “ and he was moaning the whole time while his microphone was on. It’s the guy that’s isn’t straight there..
This McDonald's location was very clean and friendly! The food was hot and delicious. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Used the drive up. Lady took the order sounded too lax. Got food just fine, the young guy I could not really understand at the 2nd window. Drove off and noticed we didn't get our condiments. I called and they fixed for us.
Received complete wrong order. Didn't bother to tell anyone as you can barely get a grunt out of anyone who works there. Maybe McDonald's should give lessons on how to talk to customers
From 10pm to 3am don't go here. The staff is rude. They have you wait 45 minutes to an hour to get through drive thru with 4 vehicles and keep vehicles backed up for a long time at night. It's different when someone else is there and they keep drive thru going smoothly. I went for an espresso and the young girl at the first window told me I had to pay for the Americano and could not tell me if they had any espresso before I paid for it. I asked why and she said she can't go to the second window to ask so I had to pay for it at first window and find out if they had an Americano at the second window. Big waste of time after waiting in line for 25 minutes.
