Took over 20mins for them to realize they lost my order… at the end of it all I waited 30mins to get chicken nuggets
Rudest service ever , I will drive to the other side of town before I ever go back . Order was wrong took my food to wrong car then tried giving it to me after you could obviously see that the food is all ransacked through horrible. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else
Make sure your order is correct as always before you leave. Too long of a line to have a correct order.
This particular McDonald’s has very poor customer service . The employees look sloppy and serve sloppy lukewarm food and always make mistakes on orders u placed in person or thru app. They never apologize. They ignore u while rolling eyes and walk off without sorting situation at hand. What happened to professional awesome service with a smile and thank u! Todays society has lost great service . It’s sad!
Mcdonald has no salad options the service is lacking the half cut tea is more sweet then anything
Time close is posted 1 AM!! Was waiting a while, another car pulls up and still no workers actually doing their job this opening time frame. Need workers who want to work and who appreciate McDonald's priorities for business!! Close early signs are helpful as well!!Update: After leaving McDonald's, went to Taco Bell and very professional and time was shockingly 1000% approved, when they had 1 min to 1AM.
The last three times I have been here they have 6 or more cars parked everywhere waiting for food.. then when they bring out the food it isn’t even the correct order. They had to go back TWICE and still forgot the sauce to the nuggets.
Staff was great and friendly. They had patience with my long order from beginning to end.
When we walked in to get a Togo meal, assistant manager was at the cash register, seeing us she turned away and didn't offer to help, but started packing. Meanwhile we ordered via touchboard ordering, things were getting backed up and a manager & assistant were complaining about how the line is slow and people weren't at their stations! They should have helped in back to get things situated and going. Food was good, assistant manager weren't the best I've seen there.
Needs attention to detail. My McDoble with green chili was luke warn and a very soggy top bun. Nit fresh to order.
