Very delicious. Waitress & hostess were warm & friendly. Order was taken expeditiously and brought to our table promptly. Absolutely scrumptious. Highly recommend & although this was our first time here, we most assuredly will look forward to returning many more times. YUMMY
We had dinner here, March 19. Reserved a table for 5. Was the worst service and food was not on point either. No chips&salsa as we sat down, we ordered iced teas but barely any ice, my spouse and I ordered the same food but both our steaks were super greasy, cheese enchiladas soaked heavily in grease, Green Chile was watered down(look like gravy). Overall, everything wasn't great. First time in a long time we ate here but epic failure in all areas. No passion for service, help or even the way the food was prepared. Won't eat here for awhile. Very disappointing! Busy or not, either way, Everything should still and always be done at it's best through service/food preparation.!. No excuses!.
It's not the same from east main location. The staff seemed young and inexperienced. Was seated and asked what we wanted to drink. 20 mins later still no drinks.When asked who our waitress was, the young lady didn't even know we were in her section. The food was brought not how it was ordered. And had to ask for refills not checking on us once after the food was delivered. Disappointed
The food was great and the hostess that seated us was very courteous. The server (Renee) took our order. The server did not once come back after we were served . Upon receiving our sopapillas, one was very greasy the other was good. Had to wave the waitress over to see if it could be changed it and she stated "You don"t have to be so rude about it". After that was said, she didn't return. Customer service training is needed.I really enjoy eating here, the food is great. But the server did not need to be rude on her part.
I love Los Hermanitos, they have some of the best Mexican food and salsa in the four corners. The salsa is always hot, so if you don't like spicy foods that much, beware of spicy here. Our server was nice, and she made sure to fill up our drinks and brought our food out in a timely matter. The hostess, however, has a 'I don't care' kind of attitude and is snarky to customers. other than that, the food is delicious and the sopaipillas are warm and fluffy, served with honey. highly recommend!
The food was not tasteful at all! Veggies were rubbery. Fries looked like they've been sitting under a light heat for awhile. Nothing fresh about their food. I'm a Native American, so I don't see why our people go there! Waste of money. Waitress was nice. Hostess was a white lady who showed us our table, walked off, showed a white couple to theirs and took their drink order. I had to complain, because, why weren't we also treated the same way. We do leave good tips, I don't know if that was the case. But, their staff needs to be trained in providing the same manners to everyone!
Just order this off Door dash never ate here before and it was a wast of money the worst mexican food in town my posole was just water no red chilie never seen that before and my burrito with green might have a tsp of green chillie on it dry save your money lots of other choices in town
The food was okay, the customer service was excellent but the food wasn't, but a good experience to try something different.
So I ordered a burrito and it was christmas and I ate from each side and I did not like it. One bite on each side. The manager was so rude and not trying to make it better. I was basically told that it was not their fault that I didn't like the food and was still charged the full price. I asked if I could substitute with the special that was cheaper and was denied.food was not hot and i just don't get how they can be so inconsiderate of customers being unsatisfied. Other restaurants will treat you better than this place. Sorry but not sorry. I hope they can fix that and train the mangers to be more understanding.
