It does not matter how SPECIFIC you are with your order, they WILL screw it up. And they don't answer their phones. Poor company with rude workers.
Not bad, cheap, fast decent I will say once a couple years ago a heat lamp broke & there was glass in our pizza luckily nobody ate the glass. The fixed the situation.
Ok, so here's the deal. Pizza Hut charges 12 dollars for the same pizza you get here for only seven dollars. Why go any place else for pizza but here? I've never had bad service here. If I ever do get bad service here, I just won't go out for pizza anymore.
Waited 1hr for a deep dish. I was told my pizza went into the oven 3 different times and I only ordered one.???
I had ordered two hot and ready pizzas, one sausage one pepperoni. The sausage one was $6.99, when the hot and ready pizzas are only supposed to be $4.99, and the pepperoni was $4.99. The sausage pizza only had a total count of 12 sausages, (tiny pieces) on my pizza. The pepperoni pizza was burnt to a crisp. I was told that they could not make us new pizzas. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the manager said that the supervisor or the general manager was not in today, and that there was nothing she could do about the situation. She did not offer a refund or anything. Just told me that there was nothing I could do for you. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Will not be returning and will be calling corporate office.
I had to wait 10 minutes watching the cashier walk back and forth. After that she said no pizza available can you wait for us to make a pizza for you it will take 20 minutes. Last week they were just talking and told me to wait 15 minutes. Went to Domino s pizza. It's better to get pizza during the day here nite crew stinks.
Friendly staff, speedy orders done in less than 20 mins, and they don't hold out when you request napkins, peppers, and that extra marinara.
They never have pizza ready. Don't know why they call it hot and ready? Always have to wait 10 to 15 mins for pizza.
Quick place to pick up pizza when you are in a hurry. Service is ok. Hard to understand the employees with the mask mandate, they speak a little soft.
Well a great place for quick food. Unless you don't mind waiting and ordering off the menu. Theres no bathroom for customers.. it's a in and out type of ordering.. and there's no dine in. And no delivery. Just take out
