Horrible place to eat the last 5 times I have went there they would not accept accept anyting but exact change could not even order three times out of the five and the two times I did order it was horrible service
So I have never had such a bad experience at KFC or any restaurant ever I just moved from California and ordered on line went to pick it up and they changed me for hot sauce on what planet? I can understand limits but either buy it or not to get any was ridiculous the the manager was so rude my order was completely wrong chicken was old and dry my son who just had wisdom teeth removed couldn't even eat because his order was not correct I hope not all or ran like this one I have been in management for over 20 years and never seen such horrible service waiting on corporate so frustrated!!!!!!!
I hate being negative but this store needs some serious help.Black speck and CHUNKS in the Mountain Dew! All management had to say was we had an out of order sign up I guess someone took it down. . .But wait there's more!If you need to use the men's room bring your anti-slip food service shoes because the floor is slick not to mention covered in human feces from what appears to be a backed up floor drain.At least the order was correct they have that going for them. But we won't be back.
Very poor. Ordered the large hot wings. Ask for hot sauce got only 6. What the hell never going back
Food is as good as expected. Sometimes there's a wait as they make the food. Plus there's no corn on the cob sucks.
Food was really good, service a little slow but we were behind a couple of gals that had like 17 orders for the nursing home so was for a good cause and understandable as to why it took them a little while to get to us.
Waited a very long time for our meals,they decided to charge me for hot sauce only gave us four plates for a 24 piece meal we bought when given our food we were missing half our chicken an two of sides found out they gave our food away to another customer an is making us wait another 20minutes for our other half of our order.
Food tasted over cooked or it was old. Wasted my money. Never going back to that KFC
Got a big box and the coleslaw was soup with very little cabbage quality control is a must especially seeing how I just spent 9 dallors on a meal and part of it looks inedible
Ordered my food and I asked for ranch and honey. I pulled forward because I didn't want to hold up the line. I looked in the bag and realized there wasn't any in there. I pulled around went inside and asked nicely for some. The lady in front said I literally needed a receipt to show what I had ordered in order to get ranch. Oh my gosh it came with my meal first of all and I was just in line. So sad and I wonder why hardly anyone eats there!! I will never be eating at this location again... worse customer service over freaking ranch.
