Just ordered a few sandwiches and the young brunette girl helping with the order was not very friendly, she seemed to be grumpy, I’m sorry if your in a bad mood, don’t let it show while you are taking care of customers. Also the young men making the sandwiches need to have their hair up out of their face??

Horrible front cashier experience today at lunch, young gal took our order; didn't wait for us to order; always interrupted us, pretty much made the decision for us, could bearly hear her. While she was bagging previous sandwiches, she was practically throwing the subs into the bags, while our order came up she threw the subs on the counter?!?!Subs were delish, front counter person horrible....
Love jj's food. The people there are very nice...but, I literally had to search for the veggies. It was mostly meat and bread for over $7 dollars. Seriously, four tiny cellophane thin slices of tomato, onion, cucumber, and peppers. A sign should say "Ask for EXTRA because we're trained to give you the bare minimum". Come on jj. You're better than this.
In violations of state mask mandate. Employees are wearing masks, but there is no sign on the door telling customers that masks are required. Almost no one coming in are wearing masks.Also, this is the longest I have EVER had to wait at a Jimmy John's. The place is full of people just waiting for their sandwiches.
They are getting worse and worse! I don’t mind if I have to wait knowing they may be short staffed but not an excuse for poor work and over sights. I ordered a sandwich the include meat and bacon along with the other stuff, took them over and hour and when I received my food all it had was bread,bacon and nothing else in it! Called to at least complain and they sent me a new one but took them 30 minutes to show up and they didn’t even give me a compensation! I’ve been a long time customer but they’ve lost my business for sure!
I usually always order lunch when im working. They didn't take long and always bring my order on time. I always enjoy jimmy johns turkey tom. ?
Overall i was very pleased with our takeout experience from the sandwich shop. I know they're a national chain but the crew that we dealt with took care of us very well. I'm far more familiar with other national chain sandwich shops. I like the distinct difference in the chewiness of Jimmy John's bread. I also appreciate that they sell sandwiches with the fixing set.
When you order a sandwich you don't get what you ordered, you get whatever size they decide to give you. Then when you ask about receiving the wrong one you are told "Well I will sell you another one and there is nothing I am going to do about it." Congratulations Jimmy Johns you have lost a customer and I will tell everybody I know about my experience.
