It was just okay.. food was okay.. hamburger was delicious but the chicken strips could use a bit of flavor. Was kinda bland.. the hamburger bun was huge. And burgers small.. either make buns the right size of the burger or make the burger bigger..Other wise it was okay..
We waited 35 minutes after we ordered and asked where our food was. The people behind the counter acted like they didn't have a clue! The place did not have very many customers so no reason for slow service. Finally someone got on the ball. 3 of us ordered salads and 2 ordered hamburgers with fries. Hamburgers came out cold and one of the plates had only 5 fries (cold) one it. After bringing the fry problem to the manager's attention she brought out a fresh plate of hot fries and cookies on the house for our troubles. Use to be a nice place to eat but has really gone down hill. The carpet and tile was nasty and the bathrooms were unusable. Unless something changes we will not be back!
They were over priced and they gave very little food for how much they were charging. I ordered 2 shakes, they took over 30 Mins to get out the shakes because they forget about them even though I got charged. Not to mention I order a regular and a large shake and both shakes came out the same size but were both different prices. They gave us the small size when one should've been large. I was not impressed with my visit. The tables were gross, they handed me a wet cup for my drink cup. I definitely won't be back anytime soon.
Food was disappointing, the tables and floors were messy, we had to wait for someone to clean off our table bed we could sit, the burgers were dry, the service just okay. Very disappointed during this visit to Fuddruckers.
Bun was twice the size of the patty. Super greasy. Fry sauce is horrible.
Caught them during a rush the restaurant was dirty and staff looked stressed out. Their restroom was nasty. The food was really good but their toppings looked dirty and their were crumbs in the bane. I ordered a milkshake that didn’t come out until after I finished eating.
The cook don't know the difference between medium and burnt. Yes literally crispy. That's how you screw up a burger that I love. This is the 2nd time it's happen.

Not impressed when I order a 2/3 pound burger, medium and get 3 thin patties that are beyond well done, with no flavor. You need a new cook.
Starting to go south on their food. Tasting more like every other place. Bring back the endless fries and maybe triple up on the batter for onion rings.
