Your food was delicious. My husband & I got 2-2 meat plates. We were very disappointed in the portion of the meat, for the price we paid. Chincy!!!!
Atmosphere is good. Food items on the menu are ok, sides need to be closer together (way at the end), your looking at far left for sides and looking straight in front of you. Kinda of makes you lose concentration of what you want. Second, food came out warm/cool. After a few minutes of sitting down, the food was cold. Third, take down the “BudLight” sign if your not serving BudLight… that beverage would had been excellent with my lunch. Lastly, stock your beer at end of shift, beer I ordered was room temperature, but your guy replaced it with a different cold beverage.
We had a wonderful lunch here. The ribs are so good and the sides are perfect. I ordered a baker potato and it was so big I took it home for dinner to share. Great food, great service always.
First of all, I am Navajo and seeing Natives working here was somewhat good hovever, today's service was horrible!! The employees looked as if they didn't want to be here; customer service was terrible. At one time, this place had nice, welcoming and energetic employees. What happened? These new emplyees need to be trained in customer service amd look alive. The young lady not once smiled. The food was cold because the Cashier had it sitting there until she figured out what to do with the cashier.
The inside is really dirty. Floors, walls, ceiling have filth all over them. Just walking in, it just seems like a dirty place. The chopped brisket is very fatty. The sliced brisket was really dry. Employees do not seem very professional either.
Farmington, there are better options, and you should seek them. Below I’ll try to briefly outline my last 3 experiences with this location. All 3 in the last couple of months.First, at the suggestion of a family member I placed an online order. Free delivery is an appreciated offer that I use. When the food arrived it was dry, no sauce, and missing sides. I call the restaurant but receive no answer.Second, I place another online order. I was called 15-20 minutes later by the restaurant stating that they were out of literally every item I had ordered. I ask if a refund would be issued and was simply told yes it would be taken care of. Two days later and no refund has been issued. The pending charge had now cleared. I called the restaurant back and I’m told it will be taken care of right away, but days later it still had not been. A third attempt to rectify this went unanswered. I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card company.Third, repeat everything above. At this point I’m rather frustrated and rather than assume the basic functions of customer service will be taken care of, I asked to be contacted first thing the next day to ensure I am refunded my money. Two days come and go and I have heard nothing from the restaurant nor any other channel I have reached out to. Good news, the charge was at least partially reversed this time. While there is still a posted transaction for nine cents on my credit card at least it would seem they actually attempted to refund me this time.Mistakes happen. There are many operations right now that are critically understaffed and we must take that into account. However it seems this establishment has utterly failed at the basic functions of customer service. Other reviews suggest that this is not an isolated incident, but a pattern. So we circle back; there are better, locally owned, barbecue restaurants in town. They will provide you with superior customer service and great food. They deserve your support, not this restaurant.
Very good! Enjoyed a baked potato with sliced brisket!! Loaded with cheese, butter, and sour cream! Onions was an option but I opt out of that! Hubby got the westerner with waffle fries and okra!! ??? Employees are very helpful in deciding what we would like! Definitely coming back again!
Had an online called in an hour & half before they closed. Got to the drive up window and they stated they were closed before 9pm saying they were out of food. The lady who answered the window was extremely rude slammed the window shut and walked away. Took us another 30 minutes just to get some sort of proof we got refunded, they didn't even know how to do that. In the mean time we asked for a manager and was told one would be in the next morning, okay can we get the name an phone # which took another 10 minutes. All this for only so so food. Its a shame that company's cant get employees with good work ethics these days.
I normally get my barbecue at Spare Rib but its Monday and they are closed so I thought I would try Dickey's and wow that was a huge mistake. The brisket was all fat they messed up my order didn't give me any barbecue sauce??? Will never go back.
First visit no baked potato, second visit no kielbasa. All the workers were by the takeout window so it's no wonder foods were not being prepared
