I always used to eat here but now I can’t do it!! It takes like 15 mins to get your food after you order. They make you wait out in the parking lot after you drive thru but wait an eternity to get food. They take it to the wrong cars, they give you wrong food or it’s missing food. All in all I’ve gotta say is this is ridiculous. Not sure if it’s just being short staffed or if people just really don’t care to work anymore. I feel I get this everywhere I go now. They just sound like they’re just having fun in there and not working??????
Ordered through Door Dash and my order was exactly how I requested it. Shout out to the crew for doing a great job! Working fast food is a tough job and you guys nailed it.
I went to Del Taco this morning the two women working there were as rude as they could possibly be the food preparation was horrible I left after three bites of the nasty burrito they fixed for me to eat and I left it sitting on the table I feed my animals better than this
Like the earlier post - all cars parked & 20 minutes wait time in drive thru! There was 1 car in front & none behind me? Why was I parked? Better times for Corporate? Well order was wrong, went inside to fix & handed wrong burrito to Lollie & she got immediately yelled @ for disposing burrito by the manager Dora. Dora made new burrito but all the time yelling @ her crew. The whole lobby looked to see who was yelling & all you can see is the Mgr Dora doing everything & belittling her crew! Absurd, I haven’t been to Del Taco for over 6 months cuz I had to deal with this Mgr Dora in drive-thru & I ordered 2 meals & both were not even close. This store was better when located by Safeway. Stick to Taco Bell. This took place 3/20/22 & 12:15p
They make everyone who goes through the drive-thru park in the parking lot to make it look like their times are fast so they don’t get in trouble with corporate but in all reality it takes an average of about 20 min per car. If you don’t pull around they get mad but some how can make your food instantly. I’ll be honest, I like the food when it’s made fresh but if you go in the evening it seems like you get the food that’s been sitting all day. I wish the owner would get this place under control because I really do love del taco but the employees seem dishonest and have a really hard time working at a normal pace. It seems like there needs to be some training and accountability or new staff hired.
We waited at the front counter for 10 minutes without acknowledgment from any of the employees. Within that time they served 4 cars in the drive-thru, but did not help anyone physically inside the store. It seems that service doesn't improve any time we go.-Trisha Dollar 486-0232
When in the drive thru, they ALWAYS make you pull into one of the spots out front, even if you're just waiting on small french fries! There's always something wrong with the order and the wait time is ridiculous.
What a clean establishment with great employees who seem to all get along and work together well.
Much respect to this place for being open 24/7 to allow night shift workers a hot fast meal on their 1 a.m. lunch!
Gave us the wrong food and we didn't know till we were home, called and they said they would replace it so I went back a few hours later (I dont live that close.They wanted all the old food back and refused to do anything else.10/10 do not recommend, the food I got wasn't only wrong it tasted old. Burrito was 90% beans and 10% hard old rice.
