My party ordered 2 appetizers and 3 entrees. The zucchini and mushrooms and the wings appetizers were all delicious. My Cali Club and the build your own burger were great but my wife's fish and chips, though good, was not a good value. It consisted of a few small peices of fish instead of fillets. I think it should have been described that way in the menu. Also, I ordered a Michelada and since there is a bar there I assumed they would make an actual drink. Instead I was brought a beer, a shot glass of Clamato juice, and an extra glass to mix it myself: no salted rimmed glass, no Worcester sauce, not even a lime. Poor bartending for a place that is described as a "pub."
Great service and staff, never have to wait to be seated or have my order taken. The food is absolutely outstanding and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. If I could give more stars I definitely would.
It was nice but, I watched my waitress walk up to another one and complain that we had 8 kids with out party. So it was pretty rude I could tell she didn't want to be our waitress. And they took 15 percent gratuity which is fine but when someone is supposed to be doing thier job and complaining not sure she deserves it. But good food great place bad waitress.
waitress was rude and served me a drink without carding me then i gave my 22 year old son a drink to see if he liked it to order one and she came up yelling and said i cant serve you anymore and was about to kick us out and me and my son started laughing and gave her his ID and she was still rude and sarcastic the whole night....I will never go back, she should of asked for the id first instead of making a scene in front of all the guests.
Fried calamari and the dipping sauce was amazing! Great mixed drinks too. And the turtle cheesecake was delicious!! Glad we only got the half order of nachos tho because there was still enough for a few more people to share!
The waitress was absolutely fantastic! Super sweet and attentive. The manager was a white lady with white short hair and glasses. She was really rude and disrespectful. We were not notified when we put our name on the list or when we were sat that there would be a problem if our whole party wasn’t there immediately. We were sat and our lovely server got our drink order. The manager came over to me and went off on me. She said that we shouldn’t have been sat at all and that she wouldn’t be benefitting from the rest of our part not being there. She said if they didn’t hurry up and get there that she would be taking our table from us. I explained to her that no one notified us of this rule and she proceeded to be very rude and watched our table like a hawk to see if our party showed up. She treated us as if we were the problem when we clearly didn’t sit ourselves. She clearly doesn’t have the skills to be working customer service and could learn a thing or two from her staff. Will not be returning as long as that lady is still a manager. I’ve worked customer service my whole life and have never had trouble treating people kindly.
Arby's has a better Ruben. Fries were cold and wilted. Sad I used to love them. We had 6 . Waitress forgot about us only gave us water once what past many times. Another waitress help the young girl whose meal was coming at the end of the hours. I gave her a tip directly because I said it's good to take care of business when you see it should be necessary. Our tip would have been lower but they added it into the fare.
This place has gone downhill pretty badly. The service was really bad, the whole table had to send it's food back because it wasn't cooked properly, the waitress forgot to bring drinks to the table, and then never refilled any of them. The silverware was dirty straight out of the napkins. I'm not going back.
We drove 8 hours from Denver, the snow at Wolf Creek was no joke, hubby and I were hungry. Clancy's came thru! From the minute we walked in the hostess was so cute and accommodating, hubby and I enjoyed our dilicious dinner. He had the Ruben, I had three different specialty sushi ???
Food was excellent. Good music and atmosphere! Recommend it.
