It was the usual, chicken could have used more seasoning.
The drive thru person forgot the one drink we ordered and was more interested in someone they knew who drove by the window, shouting to them and then finally grabbing my card without addressing us as the customers. When we got home there were no mashed potatoes which we ordered and charged for.
The employee was impatient and irritated right from the start. My food was overcooked a d dryed out...it wasn't even a busy day for them. I regret spending time and monet there
Someone is very rude on the phone and won't take phone orders. So I had to wait 20 mins. For my meal.
They seem to always give us the wrong side - but in all the food is good
Ordered 10piece meal at 7pm. They had no/low chicken. Ordered, cause we had to look for stuff at Lowes 20mins wait on fresh legs/thighs.
The two ladies at the window absolutely suck. They can’t get anything right. Will never go to this location again. Absolute trash
Been going to church's for 3 decades. They had the best chicken strips ever but..... They changed their chicken strips, & they're horrible. Why change something that was amazing to something that is gross? I don't get it. We won't ever be going back now. Smh. I don't ever leave bad reviews unless it's needed & it's needed.
