Chicken is so crispy and not greasy. Staff is nice and made helpful recommendation.
This is still not my fave church's chicken, but it definitely works in a pinch
Bought a meal 12pc from here with a little surprise in our mashed potatoes. The employee by the name of Alden tried to blame us for the bug being in there. Then tried to tell us it was a pepper. His manager confirmed it was a bug (obviously why we bought it back in the first place). Alden came back to the window to tell us it was a bug as if we didn’t already know that. He tried to give us another mashed potatoes then he suggested corn on the cob which he proceeded to laugh about it. Alden said the only thing he could do was an exchange but I didn’t want anything else for obvious reasons. I asked him if that’s the best they can do for their paying customers is an exchange. Alden asked us what we wanted to do.. hmmm idk? Maybe offer a refund? If we pay for the food you’d think they would give option on what you want back. First thing that should’ve been done was a refund honestly. Alden finally asked if we wanted a refund but then said “you can’t get a refund for the whole meal” I didn’t ask for a full refund on my meal. He had an attitude the whole time. The night manager noticed and finally stepped in and apologized and gave me a refund for the mashed potatoes. He was the most helpful out of the two. Definitely not going to be coming back here again.
Messed up my order, got regular instead of spicy. Decided to eat it anyway but it was inedible. Chicken tenders were incredible hard. Staff is usually pretty friendly but I won’t be back to this location. I’d rather just get chicken from Burger King.
Better than west main. West main always forgets an item or wrong order. Every time. Garanteed I'm not the only customer they mess up the on. And there always. How bout just get my order right the first time around.
The customer service was absolutely horrible. I know you don’t get the best service every time but this was over the top horrible. The manager acted as if she didn’t care about her employees at all she was in their faces yelling at them and it was ridiculous. The food had obviously been sitting for a while too. There was a hair in my food. The sevuc was horrible I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is a church’s on the other side of town that is absolutely fantastic. You would be better off going to McDonald’s then to this place. The manager honestly needs fired I would never work for someone that couldn't give me basic respect. This woman does not need to be a manager.

The Cashier was super nice... On the other hand the manager was yelling at her employees... No please No Thank You... I wouldn't work for a manager like her... The Stars are for the Cashier he should be the manager...
