I have been to this Churches Chicken too many times to count in the past and they never, never, ever got my order right. It was either the wrong thing or missing items. I went there today and not only was my order exactly right, everything was super fresh. I have never tasted the original chicken that good before. So cudos to the team today. Now only if they will keep this up. Yeah. It just made my afternoon and want to write a review even, which I never do.
Their food is so good! The chicken is so juicy and tasty it's some of the best chicken I've ever had in my life. They're fried okra, jalapenos and biscuits are all out of this world. I wish we had one in the town that I live in I would eat there all the time. This is definitely five star chicken and I would recommend it to everybody!!!
Service was good. Did in the other hand was less than ok. Fries were stale, ocra was burnt and not very tasty, they forgot to add my biscuits and the wait time was over 20 minutes. Oh and they did not have in store dining.
Disappointed that the dining room isn’t open. Employees were not pleasant or patient with the ordering process. It was our first time eating here and honestly wasn’t the best.The chicken sandwich that we got was pretty good. The temperature of the sandwich was a little cook. May be that the sandwich was made a little earlier than our visit.We did enjoy the honey butter flavor of the chicken sandwich bun.
We went to two different locations, first location was a 23 minute wait for chicken to be cooked. Second location it was probably burnt oil or old oil? But chicken wasn't as tasty an usual. Hopefully next time the locations are normal again. Unsatisfied tonight.
Good chicken, service was very nice, only take out but really not to bad.. store was very clean..
Their big meal deal was ok...mostly a big disappointment. Nearly everything in the order including the sides and biscuits were hard, over-cooked, dry and difficult to enjoy. There are limits to how long food can sit for a reason...don't serve old food.
Good place to get chicken during the evening. Cause its fresh when there is a line. Worth the wait.
