I would have preferred to handle this by speaking w a manager but since I couldn't get through this is now necessary. Quesadilla w almost zero cheese! Poor attention to detail. Need to improve.
Food is good, usually. Portions are way off sometimes. I just don't understand the point of ordering 30 min in advance only to wait 10-20 minutes past pick up time the restaurant while 10 people come in and order to get their food right away. There's never an apology. Management needs to do some serious retraining. I've ordered over 30 times and it's never been a pleasant experience.
Good food but this location is not the best at keeping up with the lunch rush for their cooked meat. Anytime we go in between 11 and 2 they're always out of atleast 1 protein.
Great clean friendly place to eat. Food is always fresh too! And we ate on the house the other day. Meal for 3 isn't cheap and we lucked out cause there was an outage and Chipotle paid for our lunch. Thanks!!! And no we did not order more! Ha!

The only thing that was remotely good was my husbands steak tacos and even those were nothing to be desired. My barbacoa meet was so salty I couldn’t eat it. What I did eat ended up making me very sick. The queso had no taste to it which we found a bit odd. Can’t believe we spent almost $50 on food that was not good at all.
We came at about 7 pm on a Saturday. They were out of veggies, barbacoa, brisket, and guacamole. And apparently they had no plans to refresh or restock them despite being 3 hours before closing time. Kinda disappointing. But as usual the food we did get was delicious and the employees were very friendly. They were also very generous with the portions, which we appreciated.
The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is cause the cashier was Abit rude but everyone else was super nice!
Giving it a two because it’s sooo good only sometimes when I go in I go every week and sometimes they give me half spoonfuls of everything even when the food is stocked up and it’s not busy. Second of all the customer service is horrible. Third of all they get really really messy when it gets full especially when wrapping a burrito girl wrapped my burrito and all the stuff was gushing out of it and she still put it in my bag without double wrapping or double foil so unprofessional so messy to eat.
