All of our food was super bland and they couldn’t even make a dang grilled cheese properly. My husband got a refill on his drink but I didn’t. Our table was sticky as well. Our server was kind, but rarely checked in on us. I was never asked how I wanted my burger. It still had pink on the inside. I can’t eat raw meats due to being pregnant.
If you want any kind of service…don’t come here. I walked into a fairly empty bar area and sat down and waited for 15 minutes and no acknowledgment that I was even there so I left and said bye to the barkeep to whom I interrupted her conversation that she was having for at least 10 minutes. I’ve had other issues with this Chili’s in the past but I’m done with them now! No more.
ate here tonight. May 9, 20022..HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! waiter did not help us. we had to always ask someone else. when I complained, we got an "im so sorry",and she walked off. another table complained about the same thing, and their meals were compted. Will not be going back to this establishment! we even had a hard time trying to get a refill for our kids. I seriously thought of walking out and not paying. this dinner was not worth my $70.00! Farmington Chili's definitely lost my business.
Steak was over cooked. Asparagus was dryed out from heat lamp. Steak had too much garlic butter. Not very good. Floor was dirty. Table was sticky. No well cleaned. Makes me wonder what kitchen is like.
Customer Service. We were there at 118pm today and left at 230pm. We waited to be seated for 20 minutes. The Hostess was specifically told 4 1/2 people and that we will need a high chair. She seats us on the bar side where she claims that a high chair cannot be placed. Then rudely tells us that there are 5 of us in the party and not 4 1/2. She walks away mumbling below her breath something we didnt hear, leaving us standing at that table. not knowing whether she was going to get us another table. So we got up and went back to the waiting area about 15 mins later, comes back and says I have a table, not sure if you all will like it. I asked if there was space for a high chair then she replies yes. she gives us the high chair and then proceeds to tell us that the high cannot be placed in the middle because the child may get food spilled on him. I wad like excuse me...where else are we supposed to place a high chair??? she looked at me and walked off. so we proceeded to look at the menu and patiently waited and waited, and waited. After 15 minutes we had to ask her if anyone was going to get our beverage drinks. she rolled her eyes and finally called someone from her headset. then she comes back and says that she told the server but is not sure when she will get to us and walks off. couldn't she have taken our beverage order??? we were so beyond disgusted but sat there a little more. then she returned and we asked if we could see a manager, she says she would return. we waited maybe 5 minutes more then we walked out. NEVER will we attempt to eat there again. The hostess literally treated us like trash. No customer service skills at all. No humility in the least. After we left I tried calling to speak with a manager and was on hold for another 40 minutes before I gave up. Sad and disgusting way they treated us.
Horrible service! waitress was lazy and could care less if you needed anything. You could tell The good was sitting for a while before it got to our table. Also everything was dirty from the steak knife to the cups. This place has gone down hill fast
Food was excellent. The only thing I find that's not good is the wait time for a table we waited 30 minutes. But to me that was worth the wait for the food. Service was good but not the best.
My steak came back not well done. My daughter in law got her ribs an she sat waited until they got our steaks properly cooked. Her food got cold while waiting
Sadly this place has gone down hill. Went in for business lunch, only the Bar was open. The one waitress working was running her butt off. The food was subpar. One person in our party ordered a Burger cooked medium, it came out beyond well done. The salad i ordered was disappointing to say the least. I've had better from a fast food restaurant. There were 5 in our party and not one finished their meal. The one bright spot was the waitress. Very well done
Waited for 45 minutes for our appetizer and the nacho cheese,beef, and jalapeños were dry. The manager was the one who serve us our appetizer. The people who sat beside us got there after us and they serve their main course before us. The waitress didn’t tell us about our food just walk pass us. Bad communication and food was dry.
