If you want the best ice come here. They give you different size cups filled to the top with ice! I was happy I tasted some dr. pepper but really managers train your people - Hey crew look @ cup - see that line on the side? Fill the ice there.
Unfortunately like so many fast food restaurants in town, (Arby's is the WORST!!) the Order Takers don't listen, they are rude and not familiar with customer service. Very disappointing! ?
The manager was very rude cause I don’t realize they opened up the first window to pay that has been closed for months!! Then he was disrespectful to his employees and told one employees with a rude tone “come get this card”. I understand work gets frustrating and overwhelming but if your a manger you need to stay respectful to your customers and employees!!
I got the Spicy Melt.There was no measurable amount of onions on my burger ( I did take off the jalapenos) and obviously the toast was not toast neither was the cheese melted. How can they call the a Melt ???The only decent thing about the experience was the workers happy attitudes.This was highly disappointing.
Have come multiple times and my order has been messed up. Always ask for a double, get a single. Ask for no onions, always onions. Ask for Dr. Pepper, get Diet DP when I can't have it without getting sick. All the Burger Kings in town need to get it together.And it isn't an issue of taking the order wrong my receipt is always correct.
my husband called ahead to let them know he was putting in a big order for hamburgers, the girl that answered was very rude and told him they don't do call ahead. he then told her he was just calling to let them know he was going to be making a big order. my husband showed up and the same girl was very rude again. he said he needed a bunch of hamburgers and she told him sorry we don't serve lunch till 10:30. it was 10:27. he asked if he could put in his order and she told him all they could make was chicken. my husband walked out and went to Wendy's where they were very accommodating. Burger King has lost our buisness, customer service has gone down the crapper.
This place was awesome because they filled my order when it was closing time and they deserve to be acknowledged. I am very pleased with the customer service. My husband got to eat his late dinner and he was hungry from working all day. Thanks to the late crew who took care of the order without complaint
Stopped by from out of town. Drive thru took SO LONG and the food still came out cold. It wasn’t even busy! ??♂️

So we went to the burger king by sam's club at first and the manager lady was really rude and we had a coupon,we were very patient and nice then she interrupted my girlfriend when she was giving the coupon number to the manager in a rude tune. We got to the second window, she took so long to come to the window the she said I'm sorry for the long wait were short handed with our food and we took off thinking we're going to eat relax and go to sleep but when we open our chicken sandwich the chicken was totally black burnt, so we didn't want to drive all the way back up town so we decided to go to this burger king to see if they can report it also and they were way nicer they made two fresh chicken sandwiches the girl Destiny and the manager J
