The food is great but the service is really bad. It is so sad that I crave the food here yet, I have to always just deal with the bad service. Of course server got our meals wrong; gave us someone else food. Then took it back and took it to the other table after we touched it!!! Even argued with me saying that we should have been more specific with the “Buffalo/ranch chicken sandwich…” when she gave us a grilled bacon with guacamole sandwich saying it is the Buffalo ranch sandwich. I did not argue with her, I just asked another waitress for a menu to see if I was wrong; turns out, I was not. She brought out another sandwich with bacon and guacamole and she said “oh they forgot to put Buffalo and ranch on it…” she literally blamed the kitchen saying “the cooks knew!!! I rang it up as that…” when we got our ticket it said “BYO grilled chicken….” Coming from being a server; I took pride in my work and job. It’s been about 3 years, since I have ever received good service from here. I hope it gets better.
We arrived at the seating station and waited for 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. We were seated and ordered drinks, mine was an Arnold Palmer and tasted like they used old iced tea to make it. The waitress took our order and I ordered original non spicy boneless hot wings, she brought out original spicy, I told the waitress about it and she said no problem and that she would talk to her manager. She came back out and said they would not exchange them, even though it was their mistake and I would be charged to reorder them. I will never eat there again!! What a crock!! The manager could have made it right but chose not to. To make things worse, the manager would not come out of the back kitchen to talk about it. He or she did not care, just collecting a paycheck. The staff is clueless when it comes to customer service. I hadn't been in years and went twice in the last month....both visits were disappointing. The first visit they got my order wrong, and I never send back food but I did in this instance and waited forever for a new plate despite being 1 of 3 tables in the restaurant. The next time I called in an order (for my teen, not myself) and stood inside with my toddler in tow and was not even greeted for at least 4 min. Was told the incorrect total and still proceeded to wait for my food to be done. There was no one else eating in the dining area. The chicken wings are good but honestly not worth the price or the hassle of dealing with these young people who have not been trained to deal with the public.
Maybe it was because I was on my period but it absolutely seemed like every single staff member, male or female, was also hormonal and peeved (and I despise such jokes as much as any pseudo-feminist). The level of fake was off the charts and while I realize that the pictures are always better the smoked brisket on the menu looked like a totally different thing. It was a few shriveled pieces of meat in a bed of cole slaw mix.
Ate there yesterday….will NEVER eat there again. Lots of tables needing to be cleared and cleaned, including the table we were seated at. EXTREMELY LOUD!!!! Had to scream to the server - when we FINALLY got one. The young man who took our drink order was nice - finally brought our drinks. He told us our server was on a break and he was just filling in for her. He did take our order and then our REAL server showed up and was snotty and had an attitude. The Queso dip and onions rings were VERY good and then our wings and tenders showed up…..so gross!!! Our tenders were almost burned up and totally inedible and the wings were not any better. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Speaking of costs……VERY expensive for the bad experience! ?
No service, waiting, waiting, another family that came in after us got served quick... still waiting, seriously ?. Music blaring had to talk louder like yelling just to be heard ugh. We left and complained and sorry was all we were told. I have not been to a place where you are ignored and was also told on the way out "all" our places music are loud. M like NO THEY ARE NOT ?? I will not go here again and I would check out the reviews before dining here. I felt like I wasted a good 35 minutes. We went to Wingstop that place on point.
Stopped in for a quick bite. They officially close at 11 pm. It was 9 pm. Two hours before closing time. Two hours. We were turned away, even as multiple employees had to ask management, “Are we open?” Not cool, BW3s. Not at all.
Well first off.. when we got there we were seated and our first waiter seemed agitated like he didn’t want to be at work. We waited 10 mins for our drinks we ordered but never came. So my husband talked to the manager. She gave us another waiter. Robert was super busy but still was able to greet us and help us. It was actually pretty nice to get our food before the wings came out. Overall we went to Buffalo Wild Wings because it was a place our son wanted to celebrate his 7th birthday. Food was delicious if anything try the smoked brisket sandwich!
If I had my choice I would give them a 0 rating. Service sucked the manger was so unprofessional and just didn't care. My husband and son got there food first and then my other son and I waited 45 mins for our food and then when we finally got it was freaking the wrong order!!!! And this was our first time eating at this establishment!!! We won't be coming back!!!! The table beside us had to go get there own drinks because of such bad service!!! The manger and employees just didn't care about customer service!!! ?
I would give this spot zero stars if possible. Food was sub par, two of our party received their food until the rest of the table pretty much finished eating. Would not return.
