Ordered a Lota burger no onions no tomato and got a new Mexico style took it back to get the right sandwich waited another 15 minutes and then still didnt get the right sandwich was shorted a beef patty
2 stars instead of one because the employee (Linda?) was kind and the manager did give us a refund when we called to complain. We called to order at 4:09pm, finally got our food at 4:50pm. It was a real hassle to order, the phone kept cutting out and was difficult to hear. When the call dropped they didn't call back, I had to call again and go through the robot menu. Never got notified our order was ready, waited on hold 7 minutes when we called as we were outside waiting to get our food. When we got home, food was stale as it had been sitting a while. One burger was missing green chili, the other burger was tasteless and seemed stale. The onion rings were still crispy but tasteless. The fries were soggy.
Burritos are my favorite for breakfast, staff is wonderful and skilled. Only issues is the establishment is too small for the amount of food ordered. Grill is too small for weekend orders.
Called in an order for breakfast burritos was told 15-20 mins it’d be ready. Got there and was told there have 5 other orders before ours. Customer service needs improvement
I ordered a batch of burritos from store #50 E. 20th in Farmington, NM. Once I got home and distributed them. Not only one burrito but three burritos had a long white hair in them. I’ve been on hold for almost a hour and a half the store isn’t answering my calls. I contacted corporate but nothing there. I JUST WANT MY REFUND and for your female cooks to wear hairnets!!
Wow…this does not even look appetizing. Blake’s use to be the best and lately they’ve shown me it’s time to start ordering from another place of business. Customer service and the food has definitely gone down the drain. Blake’s on 20th needs major improvement. ?

Old lady that is cooking loudly stated “Wow!! I guess no one likes to cook anymore.”That type of comment is truly inappropriate and unappreciated. If it wasn’t for us who like the burritos, you wouldn’t have a job. I was shock and honestly offended.
I asked for a full, uncooked lemon on my blakes lotaburger and they wouldn't give it to me. I'm on a diet and pregnant. My child will be born premature because Blakes refused to put a lemon on my burger. The acidity provides vital nutrients that are essential for fetal development. I'm especially concered because the child will be mixed and the lemon is absolutely essential for the fusion of the races. I just ate a lemon.
Ordered online, said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. Got to this store and only two people working. I felt horrible for them! I waited an hour and never got my order. This is not the first time I’ve had terrible service at this store. Black’s management really needs to work on customer service! I will not go back.
