Navajo manager with pony tail an beady eyes was a very rude guy. The store didn't open till 20 after it was suppose to an the beady eyed manager seem to not even want to open the door. I say go to 64 Cafe for better breakfast burritos
Not once but twice, have I had horrible customer service experience here. Rude employees. Tried speaking to the manager about the order I made online and said, “I don’t know, we’re behind.” Then turned around and ignored me.
Maria screwed up just about every order then was extremely rude about it. Don't go to this one I guess. Burger was good though, after taking off the items specifically said not to put on.
Just wanted to let everyone know that the burger was great! But the fries were not good. The fries were over cooked and was soaked with oil and did not experience the great taste of the lotabuger fries. Fountain drinks were all out and I paid full price for a combo meal. Walked out with a drink. Place was dirty and needs cleaning.
Great place to get good old Lotta burger combo with bacon cheese, seasoned fries and onion rings. Visit was quick usually very busy. Food was fresh and hot off the grill.
Very bad front counter service the food was coming out quick just the cashier wasn't good at his job very mean ignoring customer that already paid she was asking for her drink. I told him he can get the cup for her I dont mind he said dont worry bout it not your business. Bad service today. The food is awesome tho
These Farmington managers needs to be more polite especially the morning managers Have some excellent customer service, don't just look mean because you have a job. Learn to work with public.
Stopped in for a quick burger on the way to Monticello. The burger was grilled fresh with awesome flavor and portion size. Fries were also seasoned well. The interior was really cold so we ate in the car.
Ordered by phone. Automated system was a joke. Finally got through to a person and gave her our order. She confirmed the order said it would be 30 minutes. Got there in 30 minutes and waited another 20 in line. 4 of our burgers were not there and we were told to get back in line to order again. Another 15 minute's in line and 15 or so , to wait for order then another 5 minutes waiting for shake we already paid for the first go around. No apologies but felt like we were the problem. You add up the minutes wasted and how cold the food was.
Worst customer service ever. Farmington has generally lower than average customer service standards than the rest of the country. But this place is ridiculous. Doesn't deserve the 1 stari am required to select as a minimum. Placed an order over the phone. Showed up and they didn't even make half of the order. When we asked the employee if they could fix it. We were told to get in line behind the 5 people and order what they didn't give us. In the 15 years I have been a customer of Blake's, I have never actually had good customer service and have grown to accept it. But this is too much. Never again will I spend money at this place. Food isn't as good as it used to be and you'll find friendlier staff working in the MVD than you'll find here.
