I ordered online, my order was not correct. The staff corrected my order without hesitation. No one made any excuse they just took care of me I will definitely come here again. Thank you to the staff and management that worked 2/27/22 because of you I will be sure to recommend you guys.
Shorted my order that I ordered to be delivered & when I called they put me on hold forever then I called back & they hung up on me so I called back a 3rd time & got told all they could do is credit me instead of just having someone bring me my shortage. Bad customer service.

Sneaked my wings into the movies. Its safe to say I can fit a whole 20 piece in my bag. With 3 extra ranch. The lemon pepper was a bit heavy though as in salty. Other than that it was good ?
4 times in a row we have had something missing from our order and only 3 days to use a credit on an account. They seal the bag so door dashers won't open it to check. Just a convenient way of taking your money and not giving a very good way of fixing it.
First time at this wingstop.. not the best experience. The staff was there, they weren't the most friendly but the woman behind the counter was quick to notice me and take my order. She said it would be ready in 15 minutes. But it took nearly 30. When I received my order the bottom of the bag was sopping wet like it had been sitting In a pool of water on the counter. When I got home I noticed the reason for the wet feeling. The veggies slices were wrapped in paper and completely soaked through and on the bottom... the fries in my order were in a basket and had Styrofoam box on top of them... why whomever decided to put them in a basket and not a to-go box is concerning because it's a countertop cross contamination hazard. Basic food handlers 101 stuff. On a different topic the flavors did not taste right. Something was off. Mild is basic buffalo sauce and somehow that wasn't right. The presentation, the soggy bag, less than friendly staff is becoming a Clovis theme. However the unsanitary state of my food was isolated to this place. Whomever is running this place needs to be trained or do some training of their staff.

I love wing stop and that's why this is 3 stars and not lower.I dont know if it's that we ordered delivery or that it was 8pm when we ordered.I got my chicken and corn with hardly any flavor on it.We are in a hotel and ordered from your establishment. Please put napkins, a straw for our drink you know things that could assist in eating my food in a hotel.
I ordered ahead of time on the app for a 9:30pm pick up because that was the latest available on the all, I called at 8:50 they put m on hold for 15 minutes hung up and when I called back to ask if they could push it back to 10pm because That’s when I get off of work and I don’t want cold food. They told me it’s already done, and I’m very upset about it, they don’t set their food under a warmer or anything, it’s usually sitting in a table up front. I love wingstop and usually never have a bad experience.Update: they re made it and the manager (not the same person on the phone) said he understood he wouldn’t want cold food either :)
Great food but it took to long for someone to even respond to me when I went to pickup my order.
