We ordered 2 sandwiches, once we got home to eat 1 of the sandwiches was not what we had ordered. We took it back and neither one of the workers wanted to serve us. They were rude about having to redo sandwich. I kept being asked that I had to go to the back of the line. I told them that I was going to call the manager and they took care of me then.
Ordered a turkey and ham. Didn't get the ham! Requested toasted. Didn't toast it. My husband got 3 meatballs on his sub!
Walked in yesterday for lunch, but there was a rude middle-aged female employee being rude to an elderly customer. Zero customer service skills. She was yelling at a younger female employee and was clearly irritated....seems to hate her job and wants to make life miserable for everyone! We ended up walking out and going to another Subway location in town.

Zero stars. Management is not it. Melissa is rude, disrespectful and unfortunately not good communicating with employees or customers. Honestly do not know how she works there if she hates her job so much. There is also children closing with no supervision of an adult which is unsafe and illegal. Subway do better!

Middle aged lady was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional while ordering. Didn’t toast my sandwich, and didn’t wrap it just shoved the sandwich in this brown bag. The sandwich is soggy and sloppily put together. 7/3 around noon.
