This Subway didn't used to be bad, I used to have pretty good luck here. But it seems that they maybe have new management as well as new staff... And it's terrible. No one seems to care about customer service or quality. All of the vegetables were frozen, which I kindly pointed out. They switched some of them out and ignored the others. A salad should never be....mushy. But my salad was mushy. Not storing food properly and having to throw it out when it's not edible is 1) bad for the planet and 2) bad for business. Very unimpressed with the entire situation.
Staff was incredibly rude! Simply asked the lady if they were closing soon and she responded with “don’t you see me putting the food away?” Very unprofessional.
People here are incredible rude. Management will verbally attack. Poor excuse of employee values.
Subway is always a no brainer. Fresh ingredients, fresh bread. Fixed how you like it. Docked 1 star for keeping up with demand though. I have been in on 3 occasions where there tuna salad has run out. I know this is a new favorite and should be kept in stock.
The Subway app does not reflect their current hours. When we went to get our sandwiches, they had not been toasted like they were supposed to be and the person working was incredibly rude to us. Why get upset with the customer for something we can’t control?
Staff were incredibly rude and not welcoming at all. Lady behind the counter slapped my sandwich together and was off putting and disrespectful the entire time, and the station seemed dirty and unkempt. I'm seriously doubting ever going to subway again after this experience.

Staff not very attentive, rude, and disrespectful when asked to correct my order. I ordered online and the staff made both my sandwiches incorrectly; when I tried to correct them they stated that what I asked for wasn’t on my receipt.. but it clearly was.Also there are staff members who don’t change their gloves after every sandwich which is unsanitary.
Ordered a 6" rotisserie chicken and was told it was discontinued. Decided to order an Italian bmt and requested it be toasted. They pretty much burnt it by leaving it in the oven past its alarm set. Additionally, while looking at my sad burnt sandwhich, I realized they also forgot 1 of the 3 meats on the bmt - ham. So I'm pretty upset to be honest. Also, the worker on the bread side had no sense of urgency and was working very slow and nonchalantly while a line built up.
