Yeah man i went in and it was packed, but Sam made the line quick. When she took my order i wasnt quite sure what i wanted, but she helped me pick out a drink and it slapped hard ngl. By the time i had paid Kaitlyn had already brought me my drink, and Sam jumped on making the rest of my families orders. Im from the east coast, and id fly here every day just to get that same service. I hope these girls are getting paid what they deserve?
Couldn't use my rewards here to earn pts or I would've given 4 stars and the poor girl was working along taking orders and making drinks for several customers so that's the fifth star.

Was greeted by a super nice young man, then helped by a very polite & helpful young lady at the counter. Good folks working there.
I normally don't have an issue with this Starbucks. But that particular day there was a young man. Seemed in a grumpy mood. I asked for my drink, he rang up a different kind. I said I just wanted to make sure I'm getting the one I ordered. He was like yeah, they are the same price, I said ok just wanted to make sure. He then proceeds to say I'll change it if it makes you feel better. I said oh you don't need to do that. I just wanted tk make sure. Because you ran up a white chocolate drink, instead of what i ordered and I HATE white chocolate. So he rings it up correctly and turned out my drinks were actually more, than what he rang up. Only like $.30 but still.

Fine establishment but my main concern is the manager. Through my last couple months as a regular its been made pretty clear that most problems are caused by management. They seem to have to get a new staff every other week and half their staff are overworked teenagers that I have witnessed crying and having panic attacks in the kiosk. There have been multiple times while I was in line during a RUSH and the manager would leave on a “smoke break” leaving the teenage girls to fend for themselves from hostile customers (as if the starbucks work environment isn’t hostile enough) There is another regular who demands not to be charged for extra items (alt milks, syrups, etc) and will scream and harass at the young employees, all for the manager to give into the regulars threats and not protect her employees. After months of observation its clear that if this starbucks wants to improve then they need to replace the manager.
