Hit or miss if they get my simple coffee right. Wish they could also put the lids on correctly always wind up with coffee all over my center console or ruining my white shirt.You can tell that some of the batistas don't want to be there and really don't care.
I ordered a dragon drink, which comes with coconut milk, and asked that they add peach juice. The problem is that when she handed me my drink, I could clearly tell it wasn’t what I ordered. I tried to explain that it I ordered a dragon drink and not a mango dragonfruit refresher. She told me that it’s the same thing and I know for a fact that it is not. We went back and forth a few times until I finally just gave up. I’ve ordered this drink numerous times before and never had any problems until last night.
The last time I've went to Starbucks and will be my last time. My grandma had ordered her a large hot tea & I ordered a large Carmel macchiato well of course the Carmel macchiato was beyond nasty words can't describe the taste. I ordered a large but yet got a small over all I will not go back. I'll learn how to make my own Carmel macchiato instead of spending 5 to 6 dollars on one.
Incredibly fast service! The coffee was delicious and so were the bacon and gruyere egg bites. The baristas were very nice and took great care of their customers.

I went in at 6:00p and all the pastries were put away. I asked if they were out of pastries and they said they weren’t, but were trying to get a head start on closing. They closed at 10:00p…four hours later! They offered to get me pastries from the back and that was incredibly nice of them to offer.The staff was extremely kind and I had an overall good experience there. However, if I owned that place I would be upset because the putting away of pastry displays four hours before closing impacts sales. This is important for a business owner to know.

Worse than I could have ever imagined a public restroom to be.Thr floor surrounding the toilet was covered in some kind of liquid with paper towels laid out over most of it. It may have been a plumbing issue or worse. I didn't inspect. They were out of toilet tissue but there were paper towels. There was handsoap. I was on a 10 hour road trip and went out of my way to go to Starbucks because I could get my drink, snacks (they were out but it was late afternoon), and a trustworthy restroom. This store is not a good representation of the brand.
